The pillow top on our mattress began to shift and bunch. The mattress was still under warranty. I called the warranty department and they sent me a form to submit which included photographs of the original "do not remove" tag, the boxspring, the legs of the boxspring, measurements holding the ruler and the mattress. It is a King mattress and my husband and I are in our late 60's with bad backs. It was extremely difficult and time-consuming. I then get an email telling me that my mattress is stained and the warranty is null and void. I checked over the entire mattress and could not find a stain. Our mattress has been in a protective covering the entire time we've owned it. I called back and told them that the lighting is poor in our bedroom and that there are no stains on my mattress. They sent me a letter saying my mattress was stained and that this matter is closed and will not be re-opened. I am offended by their cavalier attitude dismissing my claim with absurd, unprovable evidence! I asked them to send someone over locally to look at the non-existent stains and they never answered my request.
Desired outcome: I would like someone to come look at the mattress, honor my warranty claim, and give me an apology.
