Package "disappeared" from the CPT warehouse. Request for refund logged on 23 May after a week trying to get customer service to assist! All supporting documents submitted with weekly follow ups since then. Followed up again yesterday, and had to resubmit the documents again which means that NOTHING was done in process my refund in 3 weeks!
Desired outcome: Refund to be processed ASAP with proof of payment to be emailed to me.

Skynet CPT contacted me on 13 June because there is a report open - they are investigating and will contact me with an update on 17 June.
Well, it's Thursday 19 June and I'm still waiting for Skynet CPT to call me as they promised...
