Extremely Disappointed with Skynett
I ordered a parcel on from India 20 May, and as of 20 June, I still have not received it.
Tracking shows the parcel arrived in Sydney on 10 June, but since then there has been no delivery and no meaningful update despite repeated follow-ups. Every time I contact Skynett, I receive no clear answers about where my parcel is or when it will be delivered.
What makes this even more concerning is that my partner personally visited the warehouse to investigate. We were informed that the parcel had already been transferred to Courier Please and assigned to a driver named Nav. However, when we contacted Courier Please, they advised that the parcel is not with them and they have no record of receiving it.
So where is the parcel?
Skynett says it was handed over. Courier, Please says they do not have it. Meanwhile, I am left waiting with no parcel, no explanation, and no accountability.
It has now been a full month since the order was placed and ten days since it arrived in Sydney. The lack of communication, transparency, and customer service is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase multiple companies, visit warehouses, and investigate missing parcels themselves.
I am publicly requesting that Skynett urgently explain:
Where exactly my parcel is.
When and to whom it was transferred.
Why there are conflicting statements between Skynett and Courier Please.
Why I have received no proper updates despite numerous follow-ups.
At this stage, it appears that my parcel has been lost, and neither company is taking responsibility. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
