Management Abuse- Smyrna, Ga
At the Skyzone in Smyrna, Ga they are abusing their authority over African American employees. They are demanding that the employees turn in their cell phones to management upon entering the workplace. They are stating that if you come to work you must turn in your cell phone to them and if you do not, you will be sent home. They are fostering a toxic work environment for these young people. Demanding that they must come to work for a meeting if the meeting is scheduled on their day off. They are threatened that if they do not show up, they will no longer be scheduled. There is a particular manager that consistently reduces a particular individuals work schedule; the other managers do not do this. The excessive force of power over these young people is reminiscient of a "task master to slave relationship." I know of noone who would allow someone to be in possession of their phone.
Recommendation: Do not go to this location. I demand an investigation and closure of this location!
This location needs to be under investigation for their Jim Crow behavior. Do not support this location. If they continue, we will boycott!

The store manager wanted to charge me for watching and taking care of my 5 year old.
I hold an elite pass for my son, and when I went Friday 5/16/2025 they wanted me to pay to see my son jump. Take in mind I was just watching him not jumping or near any jumping area. Went to skyzone for a 1 time go with my 2 kids. The reception said that I could do a monthly pass so I could come in for the entire month of septebmer and it would end october 4th.
Found out I was charged reoccuring paying 78$ in october and 78$ in november. I called to get a refund and told a manager would call me. No manager called me

i was in sky zone in 1275 Haddon hall, apex-27502 around 4.15 pm on 28th August 2023 and paid through credit card. i paid for my 2 kids for a month $49.99. I didn’t authorized them to charge every month. After that I saw unauthorized credit card charges in September & October in the statement.
I want to get my refund for September & October.
