I hold an elite pass for my son, and when I went Friday 5/16/2025 they wanted me to pay to see my son jump. Take in mind I was just watching him not jumping or near any jumping area. When í addressed the situation to the manager he was very rude and said it is what it is, whether you like it or not. I don’t feel in was treated correctly.
