Let me start by stating: THIS IS A COMPLAINT. I booked a glow party package for my son's 11th birthday at this location. And while the theme and staff were nice, the facility WAS NOT. In fact, the venue was so HOT it gave a new definition to the term GLOW. The children (and us parents) were glowing all right, with SWEAT. Let me just say, it is expected for the kids to sweat a little in an indoor trampoline park, but what is not expected is for me to spend $400 to take a group of my son's friends to an oven. I could have booked a sauna had I known the air conditioning was out. Not only was the air conditioning not working, apparently it had been out all week, and no one warned me or offered to reschedule. the icing on my son's cake was ruined and some of the party goers had to leave early due to extreme temperatures and getting sick. unacceptable. I do not know why this location has been allowed to stay open IN GEORGIA WHERE THE TEMPERATURE IS UPWARD OF 92 DEGREES without running air conditioning. I do not know why this business would accept non-refundable payment for a CHILDREN'S birthday party knowing that there was the chance of said children having a heat stroke. What I do know, is that I would have appreciated a heads up that the conditions would be so uncomfortable. At least let warn me to bring a cooler for my son's cake and treats so that they would not have melted and ruined. Overall, besides pouring down sweat, and being extremely heat exhausted, the facility has nice staff. I am sure they were just as uncomfortable as we were. My suggestion going forward: FIX THE AC. I also suggest that when booking parties (I am a single parent in a suffering economy boggled down by inflation just like most working - class citizens), please WARN the clients that the air conditioning is not working. I would have gladly taken my $400 somewhere cooler. And yes, I would like some sort of compensation/refund. I submitted this complaint on 7/13/2024. The next day I saw on the local news that the location had shut down immediately. I have not heard from Skyzone at all.

Claimed loss: 396.97

Desired outcome: A refund and apology
