Skechers USA skechers relaxed fit memory foam waterproof hiking boots

I purchased these hiking boots less than a month ago because I've heard a lot of good things about the brand. But within a week the metal logos on the side fell off and shortly after that several of the islets started breaking to the point now I can't even tie my shoe. I'm hoping these were just made on a Friday and that if I get a replacement pair I'm sure they will live up to the Skechers standards.

Skechers USA a pair of sneakers

I have purchased several pairs of sketchers in the past and this is the first pair of sneakers. They felt great for the first few times I wore them in the house. Although I did feel a little rubbing on the right sneaker on my baby toe. I figured it would just need some time to wear in and it would break in. After now wearing them 3-4 time walking out side it still hurts the baby toe. Is there anything I should do or can sketcher suggest a solution? I hate to toss an almost brand new pair of sneakers. I have worn New Balance sneakers for the past 25 years until they changed something in the size and a 10.5 is now to small and an 11 to large.

Skechers USA women's slip on shoes

I purchased a pair of white women's slip on shoes size 10 and style SN23779 from The Shoe Dept.in Suffolk, VA last month. I love the look of the shoes and how they keep my feel cool. The thing I want to complain about is how they squeak when I walk. At first, I thought it was because they were new. Now, every time I wear them the squeak has gotten louder. Everyone in my office likes to talk about my shoes and how they can hear me coming way before I get to their office. It is not just one shoes but it is both of them. I have tried everything to get them to shop but can't. I tried returning them but they would not take them back because they have been worn outside. I have purchased many, many pairs of Skechers though out the years and this is the first time I have had a problem. Can you help me with this? I really want a replace pair.

Skechers USA sketchers toddler boys sneakers

We purchased our 6 year old son a pair pf sketchers about a month ago. He has worn them maybe 5 times. The velcro does not stay attached therefore his one shoe will not stay secure on his foot. We buy a lot of sketchers with 7 people in our family. I am very disappointed in the quality of this pair. Makes me wonder if all the shoes quality is getting worse. I dont mind spending 50 on sneakers if they are going to last a year.. but this is ridiculous. I looked for my receipt to return them but unfortunetly I cannot find it.

Skechers USA returned shoes and haven’t gotten refund

I returned an order #1399187 bought on March 9 but haven't received my refund or even been notified that you received it. I returned using your provided label and have contacted customer service by phone and email but haven't received anything from you except an automated message. I am very unhappy with your service and your process for reaching a customer service representative

Skechers USA very bad attitude by one of the staff

I have been treated in a very bad way by one of the staff in Skechers Alexandria city center branch who refused to help me getting the correct size for my kid and shouted at me and when I complained about it he didn't apologize for his very bad attitude and told me to go and make a complaint. when I asked about his name, he refused to mention his name and intentionally hide his name tag.

On 3/17/19 I purchased shoes from sketchers.com. I returned them on 3/27/19 the day after I received them to the above address. I paid for the return because their site would not take me to the return labels. They were way too small, men's 11 felt like a 9. I have not received a credit back. No one at customer service at phone numbers, callbacks or email. Order #[protected]

Skechers USA website

I have been trying to place an order on your website and it does not let me I get to the point after the credit card has been taken and hey say 'you are one step closer to placing your order'... and it says "there is an error". Crazy, and you all do not take orders on the phone. I called to request help someone there said it was a problem with the zip codes, OK fine. I fixed that still does not work. Ridiculous!

Skechers USA skechers air-cooled memory foam style 22604w size 10 box id 961 in black

I purchased a pair of these from Kohls on March 8, 2019, for work. I wore them to work on the 9th and 10th and when I went to take them off on the night of the 10th I noticed the right one the fabric was pulling away from the seam. I still have the box and the receipt but Kohls would not accept the return as they were worn, even after I explained I had only worn them for 2 days. This is the only shoe I ever buy as I work in the emergency room and they are so comfortable. Can you please help me?

Skechers USA Shoes

I've bought a pair of shoes from Skechers in the United States, and after one week of usage it was torn from the front, and when i contacted Skechers Egypt (as i live in Egypt) they told me i should contact you to allow me to exchange my shoes. I was totally disappointed as I always buy Skechers shoes and I didn't expect such problem

Skechers USA skechers shape ups

I know that these shoes are no longer manufactured but I purchased them while on holiday a few years back at a Skechers Store. I brought them home and put them in a cupboard that has no heat source and stored them. Recently I began walking to improve my health. I took these shoes from the cupboard and began using them in August 2018. I used these shoes in good weather and if the weather was inclement I would wear different shoes. I loved the feel of these shoes and the comfort.

In January 2019 I was in Palm Springs and took these shoes with me. On January 16, 2019 I was at the Living Desert with my grand children and when I returned to our resort I felt there was something wrong with the shoes. I checked the shoes and found that the rubbers sole was separating from the upper on both shoes.

I could not believe this. The shoes were ruined. I could not wear them again. I had to attend a local store and I purchased a pair of Merrill walking shoes.

Even though the shoes were a number of years old I don't believe this should have happened. Maybe this is the reason this shoe is no longer produced?

I have owned a lot of shoes in my 66 years and this has never happened. All the shoes that I have owned whether they are dress, casual, sport or other have always lasted me a long time. These are definitely the exception.

I believe that Skechers should either replace the shoes or reimburse me for the cost of a new pair. Unfortunately I do not have the receipt for the purchase but Skechers should know what the retail value for these shoes was.

I am including a number of pictures and from the pictures you can see that there is very little wear on these shoes.

Hopefully there will be a resolution.

Skechers USA shoes/ product not received

On 12/22, I ordered a pair of Relaxed Fit:
Equalizer 3.0 Emrick $65
style # 52928 BBK
size 12
Color: Black
standard shipping: $8.50
Total: $79.48

On 12/27/18: I received an email on indicating that there was a problem processing my order and to update my payment information. I would be given 5 days to update my payment. Thus I updated my information, twice on 12/27/18. At the time, I was out of the country however attempted to call customer service to ensure my update was successful, yet was unable to speak with anyone.

Since 12/27/18, I have constantly attempted to contact customer service concerning my order. I also sent 2 emails via the Skechers website and left my phone number for a call back. None of which I received a response. I even reached out to skechers Instagram page for assistance and nothing.

Today, I once again attempted to contact customer service and left a call back number. I finally received a call back in which the Skechers rep, indicated that they received my updated payment option however had in fact not even processed and/ or charged me for the item. The rep reported that due to the holidays and the cleaning of there inventory, my order had not been fully processed and/ or shipped. The rep indicated that she was unsure of why my order had not been processed once my card was updated.

Nonetheless, she indicated that she could try to get it processed on tomorrow, however there would be no guarantee.

Their was no accommodations offer for me my time and anticipation for my stepdads gift. This process has truly been frustrating and still leaves me empty handed.

Desirable resolution is to improve there customer services response time and a gift card towards in store purchase for my distress over this process. My stepdad has been expecting his gift, now I have to call him with the disappointment of him not receiving his shoes until I'm able to travel to him in person.

Skechers USA bought the light up shoes for my daughter and now 1 side is not working

Good morning,

My name is Solange De Castro-Guppy, I live at # 57 North Street St. Joseph Trinidad and Tobago. I was in New York between the dates of 31st October to 11th November, during my stay there I purchased a pair of your shoes for my 4 year old daughter. We got back home and on Sunday 2nd December, 2018 she wore the shoes for the first time and only one side is working. She was and still is very sad about it as this is something that she always wanted.

Can you advise as to if there is anything that can be done, can the shoes be repaired? I purchased the shoes in Queens Center 90-15 Queens Blvd
Elmhurst, NY 11373.

Skechers USA skechers for work 77055 cankton athletic steel toe work sneaker

Shoes are very comfortable and nice in appearance. After several months of light use, shoe upper is separating from sole. Sole and upper show little signs of use. Problem appears to be insufficient adhesive, holding sole onto upper, perhaps insufficient adhesive was applied. No provision to return shoes to place of purchase. Just looking for replacement. In general, skechers have served me well over the years.

Skechers USA sketchers shape up shoes

I have four pairs of these that I rotate so they're all in good shape. Well, they were until I went on a trip to PA in October. I sent an earlier complaint but never heard from you.
So here I am again. These shoes have been wonderful because I have flat feet from running track and field without good shoes when I was younger. Wearing your shoes I can be on my feet 8 hours at work without pain! Knowing that I can't buy them anymore is scary for me so I take good care of these shoes.
Imagine my shock when the sole of my shoe came loose as I stood up from the dinner table! In a restaurant no less and rather embarrassing!
Please find me a replacement pair is size 8 wide for women. I really need these shoes.
I am attaching pictures so you can see they were well taken care of and also how the sole detached.
Anxious to hear your reply ASAP please.

Skechers USA running shoes

This is not so much a complaint but some praise for your product. My Skechers are the most comfortable shoe I ever had the privilege of putting on my feet. You can walk in them all day long and not have tired feet at the end of the day.but one shoe has the front of the sole separating from the rest of the shoe. I'm not looking to get a refund. I want a new pair of runners. They are the best. I don't have a lot of money, and only one pair of running shoes. I'm hoping you will replace them free of charge. They are the memory foam Skechers mostly white, size 13 US. By far, the best I have ever had the privilege of wearing. Thank You.

Skechers USA skechers shape-ups

I have three pairs of Sketchers Shape-ups.
I also have two pairs of Work shoes. I have been satisfied because I have plantar faciatis and find these shoes make being on my feet all day at work possible. These shoes have been well taken care of. The bottom heel sections started peeling and cracking awhile back. Today the sole, which turns out to be a piece of foam (!) almost totally came off the shoe!
For $100.+ these shoes should not fall apart! These pictures show these shoes have not been abused!
I know you don't make this style anymore but hope you have some stock left over in size 8 to replace this pair that is defective.

Skechers USA d'lites sneakers as advertised by camila cabello

The shoes have a fantastic exterior design, but the interior needs a revamp on the sole material; it is somewhat thick. For example: a size 7 (for the ladies), will not exactly be that size because the cushion of the sole pushes the foot up much too tight against the top portion of the shoe. The cushion should show less and with an exaggerated arch.

Skechers USA new memory foam air cooled skechers shoes falling apart

I bought these shoes about 3 weeks ago and the threads on the toes are coming out and the toes are falling apart. Soon they wont be useable at all, they are a good fitting with good comfort shoe but no durability.

I'm 59 years old so I'm not very hard on shoes now, nothing like a 25 year old would be.

I would like a response to see if this is common or do I just have a bad pair. This is the first time I have ever had problems with Sketcher shoes. Please email me and I will send pictures then

Skechers USA girls skechers shoes.. air star jumpers size 4

I have always liked skechers shoes, I always buy them for myself, that being said, I decided to spend the money because she loved the look of this shoe. To my disappointment and surprise after only 3 weeks they started falling apart and becoming discolored. I am very unhappy and unsure whether to ever buy this brand again, which really is upsetting to me because just in my family we usually buy ( adults) over 6 pairs a year each.
