I recently purchased 4 packs of socks from Orthofeet's website, orthofeet.com. I was excited to receive my order, as I wear a size 10 shoe and ordered the men's large size (9.5-11.5). However, when I received my order, I was disappointed to find that all of the socks were too small for me. I decided to request a return due to this issue.

Unfortunately, I ended up having to pay $20 in "restocking fees" for my return. This was frustrating, as the top of the return policy page clearly states "FREE Shipping, Returns & Exchanges for purchases made on orthofeet.com only." This information is also prominently displayed all over the site. I didn't feel the need to read all the fine print when "Free shipping, returns, and exchanges" was everywhere.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Orthofeet. I would recommend going elsewhere for your business.

I have had a really bad time with Orthofeet (orthofeet.com). I tried to make a new account, but I couldn't log in. And when I tried to delete my account, that didn't work either. I felt like something fishy was going on, so I'm wary now. I wouldn't trust these guys.

And to make things worse, their product is terrible. I would give it 0 stars if I could. And their customer service is just as bad, maybe even worse. I would give it zero stars as well. They claim to be Veteran friendly via ID Me, but that seems like it's not true. So that's fraud, plain and simple.

I wouldn't recommend Orthofeet to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

These walking sandals from Orthofeet are amazing! Man, I gotta say, I was really disappointed with Orthofeet. I mean I got these slippers from them, only wore 'em in the house like they were supposed to, and after a year the suede was all ripped up! I tried to contact 'em about it but they didn't wanna take responsibility or nothin'. They told me to go to a damn shoe repair store if I wanted 'em fixed! Like I got time for that! And they won't even replace 'em, even though they're supposed to last longer than six months. I won't be buying anything from these guys again, that's for sure.

So, I thought I'd give Orthofeet a shot when ordering online because they had some pretty good-looking running shoes. I ordered my usual shoe size, but decided to go with a half-size larger (9.5) just in case. Man, was that a mistake.

I recently bought a pair of shoes from Orthofeet.com as work shoes for my shop. I work long hours and am constantly on my feet for five to six hours every day. At first, the shoes felt very comfortable and I even had extra padding on the floor to help cushion my feet. However, after only a week, my feet started to hurt badly and I began to develop plantar fasciitis.

To my disappointment, when I tried to return the shoes, the company refused to take them back. I even tried contacting them through emails, but it seems they are not answering emails either. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Orthofeet because I believed that these shoes would be the solution to my feet problem. However, it turns out that they have only made things worse.

I really hope that Orthofeet takes note of my experience and does some improvements in their shoes, customer service, and online store. Plus, they offer a "wear test" that lets you try 'em out for 60 days and return 'em if they're not up to snuff. If you got foot or back issues like me, I'd say give these Orthofeet peeps a shot. It's the real deal, I tell ya what.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Orthofeet on 11/17, and my delivery was supposed to arrive within 2-7 days. However, when I checked my tracking code, it only showed that the label was created. I sent an email inquiry about my order on 11/28, but I haven’t received any response to date.

Trying to get a clearer understanding of my order's whereabouts, I tried to contact them through their customer service phone line, but unfortunately, they had shorter hours than I expected. So, I used their chat web service on 11/30. Finally, someone responded and told me that my order is on its way. Unfortunately, my tracking code remained unchanged.

I still hadn't heard anything despite the response I had received earlier, so I sent another email 11/30, asking for an update on my order’s delivery status. Surprisingly, I received an email stating that I would have to wait another two days before seeing any updates in the system.

I wouldn't be so frustrated if the shoes didn't cost well-over $100. I expected better service and honest replies. I asked if they could expedite shipping to make up for the issue, but my request was denied. This is unacceptable.

I'm honestly thinking about calling my credit card company to report this as fraud. I'm very disappointed that a package has not even entered the shipping system. It's concerning that there is no system check and balances to ensure that orders are filled and shipped.

I just gotta say, Orthofeet is the real deal when it comes to shoes. I've copped 3 pairs already, one for myself a year back, another one as a prezzie for my brother's b-day, and a third in a snazzy new style for yours truly. I'm telling you, these shoes are the real MVPs for your foot issues!

My first pair was heaven-sent, especially after my falsely-beloved (and expensive!) Sketchers nearly destroyed my feet. I was struggling with plantar fasciitis like nobody's business, but boy oh boy did Orthofeet shoes turn things around. I could finally walk without hobbling around in agony. And with the support the shoes gave me, my foot eventually healed and is now back to as normal-like as I can get, given my age.

Looks like they really care about customer satisfaction, too. My most recent order had some sizing issues, but it was smooth sailing when I had to return it. They include a prepaid label in your shipment and even add a paper for you to fill out the return reason, and all you gotta do is drop it off at any Staples or FedEx shipping location. No hassle, no fuss.

Quality-wise, Orthofeet shoes are top notch. Their extra inserts really help fine-tune the fit of the shoes to your liking and specs, so it's like having your own personal shoe tailor at home. And you really have nothing to lose with their 60-day trial period, so go on and give 'em a shot. Don't be like me and waste money on expensive brands that just don't cut it- Orthofeet has got your back!

I had a bad experience with Orthofeet, the shoe company from orthofeet.com. I bought a pair of shoes for $109.38 on 9/28/21 and was told they would be shipped in 48 hours. Unfortunately, I never received any tracking information and it took 4 days for them to ship. After I received the shoes, I noticed that they slid up on my ankle and no matter what inserts I used, they just wouldn't fit properly.

I decided to return the shoes on 10/5/21 and printed out the label for a refund. However, as of 10/20/21, I am still waiting for my money to be returned. They use a slow shipping method to save money and it takes forever for them to receive the return and process the refund. I tried contacting them, but got no response.

My experience with Orthofeet overall was pretty bad. The website had misleading information and the shoes were lower quality than expected. Communication was lacking and in my opinion, the company preys on people with foot problems (flat feet, wide feet, etc.). While they have some positive reviews, I don't think they are warranted.

In the end, I did get my refund from PayPal, not Orthofeet. They tried to blame the slow shipping on USPS, but it was their choice to use the cheapest method possible on returns. They also warn customers not to use any other shipping method, which seems like a ploy to keep the refund process slow and frustrating.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Orthofeet. The high prices, subpar quality, slow shipping, poor communication, and the overall experience were not worth it to me. I hope my review helps others who are considering buying from this company.

I ordered from Orthofeet but they didn't deliver my stuff. And when I asked for my cash back or a new delivery, those rascals refused! It's ridiculous how they're handling things. If I were you, I'd keep away from these crooks and try someone else. Someone who's legit, y'know?
