Warning: Terrible Experience with Orthofeet - Terrible Product, Customer Service and Security
I have had a really bad time with Orthofeet (orthofeet.com). I tried to make a new account, but I couldn't log in. And when I tried to delete my account, that didn't work either. I felt like something fishy was going on, so I'm wary now. I wouldn't trust these guys.
And to make things worse, their product is terrible. I would give it 0 stars if I could. And their customer service is just as bad, maybe even worse. I would give it zero stars as well. They claim to be Veteran friendly via ID Me, but that seems like it's not true. So that's fraud, plain and simple.
I wouldn't recommend Orthofeet to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Terrible Experience with Orthofeet: Avoid Them at All Costs!
I ordered from Orthofeet but they didn't deliver my stuff. And when I asked for my cash back or a new delivery, those rascals refused! It's ridiculous how they're handling things. If I were you, I'd keep away from these crooks and try someone else. Someone who's legit, y'know?
Orthofeet Review: Questionable Customer Service, but Will Their Shoes Win Me Over?
So I gotta say, Orthofeet ain't impressin' me none when it comes to their customer service. I had a question about shipping and some specials they were runnin', and the answers I got were just downright flippant. Ain't no way to treat a customer, if you ask me.
But you know what, I ain't ready to write 'em off just yet. I went ahead and ordered a pair of shoes anyways, and I'm gonna give 'em a month of wear before I really make up my mind about the whole deal. Maybe the customer service ain't so important if the shoes are worth it, you know?
I'll be sure to come back and update my review once I've put some miles on these bad boys. For now, Orthofeet gets a big ol' shrug from me. We'll see if they can win me over with their product.
