7/31,places an order for some scrubs 3 sets 3 tops 3 bottoms chose the free shipping got my tracking number by 8/4 my package was lost ; placed three phone calls and two chat sessions to their customer service of those 5 contacts was never told the answer on 8/7 I called again was then informed that my order was lost and it would take 7-10’days for a refund , requested a supervisor after going round and round with him we agreed they would replace my on them and send it out express shipping two business days ; was informed since it was the close of their business day it would be process tomorrow 8/9 well checked my email all day nothing comrades company again this told that it takes 3 days to process orders and then it would get shipped out “because that is standard procedures Informed the chat that this is not standard because my first order was lost their a replacement one on your company and it should have at least been processed so now an order that should taken 3-6 days will now take two weeks if I even get it

Use on line and in store shopping. Went into the store last week because I need a size smaller, from my on line order, no issues with the exchange and also picked up my favorite Heartsoul brand so 2 new sets of scrubs, everyone were very helpful.
Poor Service
My wife recently went to this store and all their systems were down.The employees were reluctant to give her the great customer service that she required. Due to the lackluster service she had she walked out with the wrong size. Due to the poor customer service and cheap online services we will no longer be supporting this company and their product

I did not have the experience of the previous reviewer. This was my first time using Scrubs and Beyond and I was very satisfied. I found the scrub tops I normally wear at a very reasonable price, ordered them without difficulty, and they arrived on time and were just what I ordered. I had a bad experience with another company and plan to use S&B in the future.

Easy to find items. Online purchase connections with stores. I was able to return my jacket in the store yesterday because of the size and color that didn't match with the pants (Revolution). Today I am buying online my jacket again with the right shade of blue(Revolution). Everything is easy; so I feel comfortable to buy online Scrubs&Beyond because I know I can return it if needed.

Recommendation: I found it difficult and frustrating trying to order using the magazine sent to my home. I will often come across a pair of scrubs model is wearing, and there is no information on page suggesting the pant model is wearing. It would be best for this company to demonstrate the front, waist, side and back/top bottom of pant. I think this type of marketing helps the consumer make move forward and make the purchase.

Awful Customer Service
First of all, they are overpriced. Better deals are available for the same brands elsewhere.
However, I ordered a pair of scrub pants on line from them only because they were on sale 50% off in October, and received them sometime around November 3rd.
They were too big, so I returned them following the company's directions, using their return envelope and labels with tracking number, and filled out the form for an exchange for a different pair of scrub pants which were more expensive and required a credit card number, per the company's return form.
I mailed the return package off sometime between November 4th and 6th.
First, the tracking number said the company received my package on Nov. 24th.
By December 7th, I did not receive any notice that my exchange was being processed, I sent Customer service an email asking them to let me know the status of my exchange... but customer service wrote back and said they never got it, and that according to them, the tracking number said the package had left my post office on Nov. 19th and they were still waiting for it.
I wrote back showing them a screen shot that showed the tracking number said they should have received my package on Nov. 24th.
No one wrote me back.
So, I called them, and they said they would see if it got lost in the warehouse and get back to me.
I didn't hear back.
So, I called them on December 15th to inquire again. They told me again they would process my return the next week, when they found the package.
I then contacted the post office, who told me it's possible the company used my tracking number twice for whatever reason, but that return parcel goes to Fedex and once Fedex has the package, they no longer have information on it.
So, I went to the fedex website with the tracking number and signed up for alerts.The next day on Dec 16th, I get a text message alert from Fedex that the tracking number said my package was in Indiana somewhere as of December 15th.
Package is in Indiana. I'm in California. The company is in Missouri.
I emailed the company about this alert. I didn't hear back.
So, in total, I must have written three emails and called the company four times, and their response was "You're exchange will be processed next week... when we get your package", never addressing that the tracking information was all over the place. It was like talking to non-human robots who could not give a cr*p.
I finally called and went ballistic a fifth time on December 20th, demanded to speak to a supervisor, almost 2 months after mailing my package to them, and after leaving me on hold for 20 minutes, they finally agreed to refund my money. That doesn't help with the fact that they lost my credit card number and it's floating around in Indiana somewhere.
Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
Scrubs and Beyond: Terrible Customer Service and No Resolution for Failed Shipment
I placed a reaaallly big order on Scrubs and Beyond totaling around $140 and was pretty dang excited about it! But, when the order was shipped, it went to the wrong address and I was like ummmm what do I do now? So, I called up their customer service hotline a BUNCH of times before the delivery date to try and get it fixed. I talked to a couple different people and they all said the same thing - that it was impossible to change the address and that they were sorry. But like, sorry don't fix my problem? I still didn't get my order, yo!
So I was pretty frustrated at this point and decided to reach out to their customer service team again to ask for a refund or to have them send it to the right address. But, once again, they didn't want to help me! Can you believe it? They straight up refused to issue me a refund or reship my order, even though it wasn't my fault and I didn't receive anything yet. Ugh, I was so done with this company after that.
Overall, I would NOT recommend shopping with this place. They don't seem to care much about customers and their orders. If they mess up, you're on your own! Don't waste your time and money here like I did - go somewhere else that actually values you as a customer.
Unhelpful and Rude Employee at Waterfront Store - A Review
Went 2 da Waterfront stores where they did fancy nail art wit my scrubs wat i bout online from Scrubs n Beyond website. A gal called Catherine wif a name badge give me crap and goin' on abaat how I purchase da scrubs from other places. But dem scrubs wasn't even available in the store da last 3 times I went. This totally got me offended cause I don't wan no trouble and I feel like they was judgin me. Wanna let ya'll know dat dis Catherine woman totally unhelpful and unnecessarily rude. Yo, so I copped some scrubs from Scrubs and Beyond after peeping their site. The designs looked dope as hell, so I was hella hyped to get my hands on one. But when I ordered a small, the [censored] was so tight! Like, WTF, I can't even get this bad boy on. So, I ordered a medium and it fit fine at first, but as soon as I started actually working, it was mad restrictive. I couldn't even reach for things!
So I tried to return the small one, but they don't take returns if you've already worn the [censored]. So I basically just flushed that cash down the toilet, smh. Ended up spending 50 bucks total just searching for a single top that fit right. Ridiculous!
Word to the wise, these scrubs run small AF. And the way they sewed 'em up makes it so you can't even lift your arms forward. Plus, they're short in the back. Big oof. Overall, super bummed out by this purchase.

Yo, I gotta tell you about my experience with Scrubs and Beyond. So, I grabbed a few things from their website, right? But when my stuff arrived, one of my tops had a big ole stain on it. I was pretty bummed, you know? So, I called up their customer service to get an exchange. The rep told me they'd send me a return label by email so I could get my top switched out. But guess what? I NEVER GOT THAT EMAIL. And let me tell you, waiting around for an email that never shows up ain't my idea of a good time.
But that's not even the worst part. I also ordered a jacket and that thing was nowhere to be found in my package. So, I had to hit up their customer service again (ugh, don't even get me started on how long I was on hold) and they said they'd resend my order. But like, why did they even mess it up in the first place? That's just bad service.
Oh, and another thing - when you call their customer service, you're not even talking to someone from the actual company. They outsource it to a call center in another country or something, which just seems sketchy to me. Like, if you're gonna sell stuff online, at least have the decency to deal with your own customers, you know what I'm saying?
All in all, I don't recommend Scrubs and Beyond. Their customer service is straight up awful and they messed up my order more than once. I'm telling all my friends to steer clear of them too. Ain't nobody got time for that kind of nonsense.

So, I thought of giving Scrubs and Beyond (scrubsandbeyond.com) a shot and ordered a scrub top. When it arrived, I tried it on but it was a bit tight for my liking due to my habit of buying clothes a size too small. But, I realized it and immediately returned it to the store without any delay.
However, I was quite disappointed when I heard back from them because they didn't process my request and instead sent it back to me. The reason they gave was that the item had some dog hair on it and tags were cut off. For starters, if you have a pet at home, then finding some of their hair on clothes is inevitable. It wasn't like it was covered in dog hair, there were only a few strands. Secondly, I did remove the tags to try it on but I made sure to send them back with the top. So, what's the big deal? Couldn't take a few minutes and reattach them?
Sadly, this experience left me with a bad taste and I prefer UA uniforms now as they are less pricey and of equal quality. Scrubs and Beyond should really up their game when it comes to customer service.

So, I just wanna say that ordering from Scrubs and Beyond was kind of a hassle for me. I placed an order back in May of this year and it's already mid-August, but I'm still waiting for one of the items I ordered because it was backordered. Honestly, I was quite surprised as I've never had this kind of issue before with other online stores. Plus, I thought that Scrubs and Beyond was one of the good ones, you know what I mean?
Anyway, I don't think the chat people are at fault here. They're actually nice and respond quickly, but it looks like there's something wrong with the company's internal procedures. For example, they should really communicate with customers about such delays, don't you think? I mean, if someone paid upfront, they should at least get an explanation or a heads-up regarding the delay. I done ordered myself 2 sets of scrubs from Scrubs and Beyond and was disappointed to find out I needed to exchange one of the pairs of pants for a different size. So, I called the customer service number to get a slip for returnin' them and asked how long it would take for the exchange to happen. They outright told me it would take 2 weeks to receive em' and get the new size scrubs. All that trouble for one pair of pants seemed like a lot, but I figured it would be worth it to have a nice fitting set of scrubs for workin' in.
Fast forward 10 days and the package hadn't moved an inch from my state. I was startin' to get real frustrated and called up customer service again to see what the heck was take'n so long. They gave me the same answer as before, 2 weeks to ship the returns and then another 2 weeks to get the new scrubs. Well, dag nabbit, if I had known that beforehand, I would have just returned everything and gone somewhere else to buy scrubs. Ain't nobody got time to wait around for almost a whole month just to exchange one pair of pants.
It's especially frustrating 'cause I need these scrubs for work, not for leisurin' around in. I figured this was perfect and went ahead and placed my order. They charged my account right away.
Fast forward three hours, and I receive an email notifying me that the tops were on back order. I was a little upset because I needed the scrubs soon, but I decided to cancel the entire order and look elsewhere for my scrubs. This is where things got tricky.
I contacted their customer service and was informed that I could only cancel the tops that were on back order. Apparently, I would have had to cancel the entire order within one hour of placing it, even though I didn't receive notification about the back order until three hours later. I felt like they were trying to scam me.
