I ordered some shoes from KEEN Footwear and I gotta say, I'm not impressed. They're like the worst shoes ever. I tried to wear them for like 40 days but they're too loose now. I can't even tighten them up anymore like I used to be able to. I don't know what's up with their lace style but it's straight up garbage.

On the other hand, my under armour shoes have held up way better than these KEEN shoes. Those shoes have lasted longer and I can still wear them without worrying about them being too loose. KEEN shoes just don't cut it for me. I'm not sure if they're meant for people who have small feet or what but I definitely wouldn't recommend them.

Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of KEEN Footwear. They're not worth the money and I can't see myself ever buying from them again. Save your money and invest in some better quality shoes.

I used to really love KEEN footwear. Like, really love them. But now, I gotta be honest, they just ain't doin' it for me. What's up with all these new styles that are tryin' to be trendy? I mean, c'mon. I don't need my shoes to be fashionable, I need 'em to be functional. And that's exactly what KEEN used to be all about!

Remember those sandals with the toe guard? Man, those were the best. You could wear 'em anywhere and do anything in 'em. And they lasted forever! But now they got all these new styles that just don't make sense. Who needs a shoe with a bunch of cutouts and straps all over the place? Just give me somethin' simple and practical, please.

And I gotta say, I miss those good ol' days when KEEN was all about bein' outdoorsy and eco-friendly. What happened to that? I don't wanna be wearin' shoes that are bad for the planet, ya know? Bring back the environmentally-friendly materials and designs, KEEN!

So overall, I'm just not feelin' the same love for KEEN that I used to. Maybe they'll get back to their roots eventually, but for now, I'll be stickin' with my old pair of beloved toe guard sandals.

Went to keenfootwear.com website last nov 2020 to buy myself some boots. I was super excited when I got them, but as it turns out, they weren't the right size. I thought I had 30 days to return them, but when I tried to exchange them in January, I was told that I already lost the opportunity. I was pretty disappointed about that.

Now, I'm stuck with a pair of boots that I can't wear. Someone suggested I sell it on eBay or social media, but why would I want to do that? I shouldn't have to go through the hassle of selling them when I can just exchange them.

All in all, I honestly expected better customer service from KEEN Footwear. It's frustrating to feel like you're stuck with something when you thought you had a way out. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, simply because I wouldn't want anyone else to end up in the same boat as me.

I ain't much of a complainer, but I gotta say, I was pretty bummed when the sole on both of my KEEN hiking boots started coming off after just three months of use. And to make matters worse, the waterproofing didn't last very long either. But, I gotta give it to KEEN's customer service - they replaced the boots for me under their warranty process. It's just a shame that I didn't really want another pair of shoddy boots.

But, I decided to give KEEN another chance, and I'm glad I did. I got myself a pair of their canvas sneakers for everyday wear, and man oh man, these things are comfy. The cushioning in the footbed is top-notch, and the canvas material feels durable yet breathable. I've been wearing them pretty much every day for the past couple of months, and they still look and feel great.

Overall, I'm still a bit wary of KEEN's quality control, especially after my experience with the hiking boots. But, I'll definitely keep coming back for their comfy and stylish sneakers. So, if you're in the market for some KEEN shoes, just keep in mind that they might not last forever, but they sure are comfortable while they do.

So I recently scored a new pair of Keen Targhee IIs from a legit shoe joint on eBay, still boxed up all pristine like. After like three weeks of regular wear, the bottom soles started falling apart and the folks over at Keen are straight up refusing to warranty them. They say it's because the skids were sold from one of their officially authorized retailers, but come on now - aren't boots supposed to be tough enough to last through some actual use? That's just straight up foolishness on their part. If I were you, I'd think twice before taking the plunge on some Keen kicks.

So, I gotta say, I'm not super thrilled with KEEN Footwear. I tried leaving a less than stellar comment on their social media page, and they deleted it faster than I could say "what gives?" Not cool, guys. But that's not even my biggest issue with them. I've had a pair of their sandals for about 6 years now, and they've definitely seen better days. The glue holding them together has started breaking down, and when I talked to Brad, the warranty manager, he told me that's just how it goes. Not exactly the level of quality I was hoping for. And to top it all off, I found out that the EVA footbeds in their shoes contain a cancer causing agent called formamide. Yikes. I guess the bottom line is, good luck with these shoes.

However, after wearing them for just one day, I discovered that the arch on the outside of the foot was causing me some discomfort and screwing up my stride. Needless to say, I couldn't wait to go home and change shoes.

However, I must give credit to KEEN for their excellent customer service. They were quick to address my concerns and sent me a replacement pair of blems. Unfortunately, those too had some imperfections, which they promptly dealt with by sending me another pair with bumps on the inside of the toe area. So, I traded those in for yet another pair of blems. However, I finally gave up on the whole shoe idea and opted for their sandals instead.

Unfortunately, once again, the right sandal turned out to be deformed. It was quite frustrating, to say the least. If you are considering purchasing a pair of KEENS, I suggest you visit a retail outlet and try them on first. You'll want to walk around in them for a few minutes before deciding if they're the right fit for you.

In my personal opinion, while these shoes may look beautiful, they are ultimately of poor quality. It's definitely going to take some luck if you decide to give them a try.

I'm an active hiker who can't go without a pair of reliable shoes on the hiking trails. So, when I came across KEEN Footwear, I decided to give them a try. I purchased a pair of Targhee II mid hiking boots, and I must say, the wide toe area shoes are very comfortable to wear.

Although, I soon realized that comfort is not everything when it comes to shoes. Unfortunately, these shoes didn't last. I bought them just six months prior to my highly anticipated 500-mile hiking trip to Spain.

The first thing that I faced was with the shoe laces. They just fell apart, and I couldn't tie them in the middle of the hiking day. I had to find another way to hold my boots in place. After about 100 miles into the hike, the waterproof seal at the front toe where it bends near the sole area began to fail.

My feet were always wet, and I had to live with it for the rest of the walk. Not only that, but the wetness in the shoes caused them to smell bad, which was not ideal. Then, about another 200 miles later, the rubber part of the heel started to wear out. The exterior cushion wore out so quickly that I had a hard time even finishing my hike properly.

I had to limp while walking, which was a huge discomfort. After the trip, I complained to KEEN, but unfortunately, they did not seem to care and have not taken any action with my concern.

Overall, I would say that this experience with KEEN has left me feeling very disappointed. These shoes are not going to be my first choice for hiking anymore, and I would advise anyone who is looking for long-lasting hiking shoes to think twice before choosing KEEN Footwear.

I just wanted to share my thoughts about Keen Footwear. I've been rocking their sandals for years, and while I've always purchased them in store, this past month I decided to hit up their website for a new pair. Unfortunately, I received a sandal with a defect in one of the loops and it was significantly tighter than any other Keen sandal I've had in the same size.

I attempted to contact them two times through their website but unfortunately they had really long hold times so I didn't hear back for a month. Finally, after 45 minutes on hold I was able to speak with someone on the phone. The customer service I received was absolutely unacceptable. I spoke with a manager and even she was really rude to me. All I was asking for was a correctly-sized pair but they were so difficult to deal with.

It was a very frustrating experience and I can't believe that a company that charges premium prices for their sandals could have such poor customer service. I won’t be purchasing from Keen ever again. It’s a real shame to lose a loyal customer over such a simple issue.
If you're looking to buy sandals from a company that values your satisfaction and provides great customer service even in the cases of defects or fit issues, then I recommend looking into another brand.

OMG, Keen Footwear is a real nightmare! I was so excited to order a pair of their shoes from their website, keenfootwear.com, during their Memorial Day sale. Everything seemed fine in my cart, the price was right, and they even gave me an extra $10 off for signing up for their newsletter. But then, when I paid using my PayPal account, they charged me $10 more than they promised, and even added a shipping fee that was supposed to be free! I was so angry and contacted customer service right away. Erica replied to my email, making some vague promises but never giving me any specifics on how they would make it right.

After waiting a week and not hearing back from Erica, I contacted them again and demanded to cancel my order. To make matters worse, the shoes were shipped anyway! I can't believe how terrible their customer service was. It's like they didn't care at all.

Finally, after 13 days, Cat replied and offered a refund, but only for the shipping fee, and even then, she said it was a "one-time courtesy." It's like they were just trying to rip me off!

I even opened a complaint in PayPal's Resolution Center, but they denied my claim, despite sending them screenshots of the correct price and the amount they charged me. I was so frustrated with PayPal, too! They used to be so good, but now they just side with the sellers. I'm never using PayPal again!

In the end, Keen refunded me for the shoes, and PayPal finally gave me a credit for the shipping fee. But that whole experience was a total disaster! I can't believe how terrible Keen's customer service is, and how they didn't even acknowledge their mistake. I'll never buy from them again! There are plenty of other companies with great outdoor footwear, like Merrell or Salomon. Avoid Keen at all costs!

. The fabric is already tearing away from the rubber soles, and the laces are frayed after only a few months of wear. I expected better quality from KEEN Footwear because they're supposed to be known for their durability.

But, I do have to admit that they're comfortable and have a good amount of support. They don't cause my feet to ache after a long day of walking. Plus, the design is cute and they come in a lot of different colors.

Overall, I'm a bit disappointed in the durability of these shoes. Hopefully KEEN Footwear will make some improvements in that area. But, if you're looking for a comfortable pair of walking shoes, they're definitely worth trying out.
