went to return strawberrys and EVYLN MUNEZ FRONT END ASSISENT MANAGEr had a nasty additude and not the first time she gave me an additude in front of my 3 year old daughter the day of this incident is 1/16/20 at 9:30 pm i told the manager on shift about and he gave me her name. she never gave me back my receipt than she turned her back to me and walked outside to smoke a cigerette

Good morning

Last week friday i went to Savannah cherkers polokwane i got bad customer service ffom the supervisor, i wanted to withdraw the money and the cashier didn't have money but she ask the next cashier to give me money and the other cashier asked me to asked the next customer if she can help me nd the lady agree yoo the supervisor just came and refused telling me the cashier have yo ho and helped the other client i don't want the difference between me and the other customer who was not at the que was on the other till and she was so rude telling me to go back to the previous till the lady will help me i was the for almost 30 minutes on the que i have to wait for another minute 1 hour or 2 hours for person who just came to the till doesn't have money only R500.00, if supervisor treat customers like that what about staff how did they learn from them, i didn't even get help i went out without what i want at cherkers Savannah mall, i wish we can get same customers service,bad service attitude from supervisor
