I had a receipt for all items but some of the items were trashed, due to poor quality, I expressed to the mgt and Customer Service Rep, I frequently shop there. I had a receipt for the items, but the conversation made it appear as though I stole the items, and they were debating on the resolution, I took my items back and left, This is simply poor customer service, I know there is theft, but I do not have any control of the inventory in this location.

Claimed loss: 12.16

Desired outcome: purchased a couple of items and left.
