My name is Audrey Scott Shelton. On Friday, May 29, 2026, I purchased $70.00 worth of groceries, expecting to receive $10.00 back because of the qualifying amount of $50.00. I went to customer service and was told to come back with the receipt on Saturday or Sunday and that I would be able to get my $10.00. I did so and was told by the manager Mr. Alfred that I had to bring $50 worth of grocery back to get the $10.00. I went home, bagged up the grocery and returned. Is that your policy and when did that changed?
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and would like an apology and recommend remedial training for Mr. Albert.

Why do you want him to get remedial training? Sounds like he is following policy. I do not agree with it.
Why do you want them to get remedial training, they are just following the policy.
They did nothing wrong so they do not need training.
