Shopee Expired sausage

I ordered sausage through shoppe it came with a label stating the sausage was 11 months past the expiration date. I requested a refund, I sent them a video of me opening the box and a picture of the label stating it was 11 months past the expiration date, they told me they needed more evidence ...what more can I possibly send them

Shopee Verification of my account

I tried to log into Shopee on Monday 27th November only to be informed that I needed to verify my account. Then Shopee asked me to verify my account with an email address that has not existed for over 2 years. I have tried several times to remove this email address which is no longer valid IE d.n.[protected]@btinternet. But Shopee will not let me remove this and ignores my valid email address [protected]@gmail.com.

I much prefer shopee as a shopping platform but your staff on the other end of the phone treat me as a joke. I instruct them about changing my email to the valid one and they promise it will be done but it never does. So far I have used nearly 1000Peso trying to sort out this problem WHICH IS NOT OF MY MAKING. I spend 1000's on shopee but maybe LAZADA is looking like a better shopping platform. To that end, if this problem is not sorted out by 4th December I'm afraid Shopee and myself are parting company

Shopee Refund service slow

I did purchase cooler and diaper bag from shopee with price about RM230 but after 2 weeks the bag mulfunction. Shopee asked me to return back the bag.

Bag was returned on 22/11/2023 but until now no feedback from Shopee.

The issue worst because I did sent together my company samsung tablet in the bag. I forgot to remove it and I asked Shopee to help send back my tablet because they already receive it. But until now, no feedback from them.

Called and emailed Shopee many times but still no response until now.

Claimed loss: Diaper bag : RM 230Samsung Tablet : RM1500

Desired outcome: Return back my Samsung tablet and proceed with refund for bag RM230.

Shopee Unfair judgment by dispute

Case date 18 sept

from Sept till today I fight for tis case. Dispute approved refund to buyer without proper investigation. As a seller I provided all the prove test product pic, product condition pic, packing pic and damaged return open parcel video. But buyer sent only 1 pic. Shopee should take responsibility for my loss

Shopee Damage goods from shopee seller complaint to shopee no refund given

1. Ordered 2cartons(48cans) of Ensure milk 250ml from RehabMart on Shopee SG App on 05Sep2023. See order number in photo.

2. Items were delivered damaged many cans, one can opened up has curdled milk. See photo provided.

3. Reported to customer service for refund and/or investigation.

4. The customer service was third-rate, they review more than a week without any resolution or gave me the silent treatment(don't talk on the chat)even though I submit many photos and video as evidence. I even told them that because the milk spilled attracted many ants and I have to throw away the damaged ones yet they ignore this fact in the chat - that already foretell how they will treat my case.

5. Then due to me giving up on them and wanting to close my account on the 15Sep2023, the customer service gave an unsatisfactory reply which basically said that I did not prepare the items for sending back. Commonsense will know that the spilled milk cannot be pack to be send back by post office.

6. So I take their reply as just throwing the problem back to me.

7. I then closed my account in disgust at Shopee's attitude. And take the egregious experience as crying over spilled milk.

8. See the photos and be the judge as to whether Shopee really do their job

in giving buyers a good experience or not.

Shopee Payment

Hi,

I am Eric Foong Chee Soon ([protected]@yahoo.com), a Malaysian, I want to complain about the payment service of shopee.com.my. Please help me.

I made two payments to shoppe.com.my on 10-oct-2023:

(1)RM12.90. order id:231010HKA6QMVD, around 10:40am

(2)RM 44.50, order id:231010HW45MU2J, around 1:35pm

The payments were completed with no error, but I found that the transaction did not have the OTP (one time password) via the sms. That mean the transaction were completed without requesting me to enter otp.

Can you please help to check? For clarification, I never disable the otp in my shopee account and bank account.

Shopee File claims for undelivered order/parcel to customer

Informing that our buyer under id# 230929JNY328E0 Aldrin Pelante ordered 2 pcs. Snow Caps Authentic L-Glutathione 500mg amounting to 3,036.00

is requesting for a refund due to undelivered order under waybill # P61252E4G17AB. As per our portal, rider Miguel Angel Fajardo of Flash express tagged order as delivered dated Oct.2, 2023 but customer complained that he does not received his order. Seeking your assistance on my concern, Thank you.

Shopee Order ID: 2308302XBW0NTA - Product not as advertised and poor

Hi Team,

Recently, I was quite disappointed with my experience with shopee. What's worse is that Shopee seems not taking any action against these sellers/issue. There is a quality issue but Shopee team still saying that seller shipped accordingly but as a buyer I received a product that not as per advertised and poor quality. This is seller problem and should approved for return/refund. Moreover, the seller no response to my text even after several follow ups. But the Shopee agent asked me to communicate with the seller directly and closed my return/refund tickets. But how I should communicate since there has no response from the seller!? I want a fair answer for this case. Thank you.

Shopee Ipad air 2 LCD Panel

Product is defective. Coordinated with the seller about the product and provided unboxing video as well as technical video of attaching the panel to the motherboard of the unit. Provided proof that the item is defective however seller would still like to have "professional help" which they cannot provide without shipping the device back. It will take time and money which they are not willing to provide. After that, providing a 1 star review caused the seller to become unhelpful and said that I caused them a huge loss. And said that they will no longer provide me any service afterwards blocked me. And wont take my chats anymore.

Shopee Lost parcel

Hi! I would like to ask for assistance regarding my lost parcel:

*Paid it already to seller using Gcash amounting 7,500 but will be ship through Shopee Express using Shopee app covering the delivery fee of 300.

Note: I will only pay 300 if the order will be delivered since I already paid the whole amount of parcel to the seller.

Aug 23-Order was placed

Aug 25-Seller bring the item to the nearest hub

Aug 28-Order got cancelled in shopee stating pickup was unsuccessful, seller went to hub but mentioned that the item was picked up already (in transit)

Sept 1-Seller filled out a form for a lost parcel through Shopee Seller Customer Service.

Order ID: 230823DP9FHDSJ

Tracking Number: SPEPH031763461218

Note: The status of order is CANCELLED in shopee system but the seller has proof that she sent the item to the hub and the hub mentioned that it was already been picked up.

Today's date, Sept 15, me as buyer and the seller dont have any information yet with the item.

Is there any way you can provide assistance?

Desired outcome: Refund since they are the one who lost the parcel. Seller does not want to issue a refund because she shipped it out.

Shopee The delivery man/rider always wants to cancel my order

The rider didn't communicate well with me, He always decided to put my order on cancel already even though I explained it to him the time I will be getting my order because I am not in the house, there's no one in our house to get the parcel. The rider also didn't give me another way of payment, He just decided to cancel it right away and it's kinda frustrating. I just want him not to deliver my parcel, that's it.

Desired outcome: I would like another rider to deliver my parcel. Someone who's considerate and can able to understand me.

Shopee I have bought a product and the delivery man stole the product.

I was at work when the delivery arrived. I asked him to leave it with the security and he replied he would. It was 25th of August. When I returned home, the package was not there. I asked the seller and they told me to ask shoppee to mend the case. I have requested refund, and they told me I have to contact the driver myself, but while doing so revealed that the delivery man was still in possesion of the package. I did as I was told and asked the driver and shoppee told me that they will mend the case if the driver does not reply. I have waited 2 more days to hear from shoppee and they just told me that they can't do anything about this situation because the delivery man left it at security as agreed upon (going back on the fact that they told me the driver was in possession of it). Now normally the seller would use shoppee delivery service and they leave proof of delivery. This one was not shoppee delivery man and he did not leave any evidence.

Desired outcome: I would like to recieve my package that shoppe is making me pay to be robbed.

Shopee Shopee Rider

The rider was VERY RUDE I explained to him why I couldn't pick up his missed calls because I was running some errands (I'm not at home and I was expecting my parcel will arrive next week) he JUST TOLD ME HE WILL CANCEL MY ORDER WITHOUT MY APPROVAL just because I did not pick up the call and he said I DON'T HAVE MONEY! I told him to deliver my package tomorrow because I'm at home the whole day. On the next day, he was still rude via text. He asked for the direction of my house. I replied and he told me I WAS WASTING HIS TIME. I ignored it and just waited for him. He did not reply hours passed. I expected he would not deliver my parcel and I my partner was shocked the driver went inside our gate without our permission and we did not even notice he had arrived. I always have parcels delivered here every week but that's the first time I encountered a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RIDER.

Desired outcome: Please do something. This rider might been doing this to other customers! This is alarming.

Shopee account suspended with no valid evidence given to me

I've been using shopee for 2-3 years now as both a buyer & a seller. I just received an email from shopee that my account is banned due to "unusual activities". No other explanation was given to me. My seller account has 2000+ followers with over 6000 orders completed successfully I don't think this is any valid reason to suspened an account so suddenly
