this is regarding my order at shopee bkit po tinaggap ng staff nyo na kulang pala ung pinadala ng seller nka lagay pa dyan na 7 items gayong 3 lng pala wla ung 4 na power bank, nxt time pki check nyo naman bago kaya mag lagay ng description ng pinpadala pati kayo masisira kasi nilagay lagay nyo dyan wla naman pala ibig sbhin pwdng.kayo ang singilin q ng kulang na items q kasi may acknowdgement nyo na nandoon ang mga items na un.

Shopee xpost integrated

yesterday morning May 26, 2018 (Saturday), I received a text message from the above courier that they will be delivering my parcel but I immediately replied that I did put a remark on my orders before placing it that deliver "weekdays only 8am-4pm". The courier insisted that there was nothing written on the parcel about that remark. I did convinced him to deliver it on Monday instead (May 28, 2018) but that was after being rude on me thru text saying, "sa cellphone niyo may nakasulat, sa pouch diri wala" ("in your cellphone it is written, but on the pouch it is not").
I contacted the seller regarding the issue of not writing my delivery remarks on the parcel, she said that all the transactions on shopee are computer generated and all the remarks that the customer would write would appear on the system including the delivery itself hence it is the courier's responsibility to check if there is a written remarks on the delivery through the system before delivering the parcels. Is this true? who should I report? The courier or the seller?

I am from Deca Mulig Toril and I am having trouble receiving mg parcels when the courier is xpost. They’ve returned my packages couple of times even without trying to deliver it first. Until now, I am still for another package from shopee to be delivered.

Shopee lacking items in shipping

Seller linshaojiang of shoppee philippines makes fraudulent habit of sending lacking items in each shipment. When a customer complains, seller dismisses it by saying just order some more items and on next delivery they will include missing items.

Where is the shoppee guarantee that protects customers against scammers like these? This is tantamount to blackmail. No actions seem to be taken by shoppee despite online reports. Sellers are still active.

And it seems in shoppee philippines this prevalent practice of blackmailing buyers into repeating orders is so pervasive and allowed by shoppee. Just check all feedback pages.

What can shoppee do about this?

Shopee shipping / delivery service: exceeded the eta (+1 week) and logging of wrong status in the shipping information

I have received an sms (text message) informing that my parcel is to be delivered today (see attached picture). It was supposed to be delivered last friday, 5/18/2018. I contacted the seller and she told me to contact shopee since they are not capable of anything with the courier's process.

I've been waiting long enough and to find out that the status in the shipping information has been updated to consignee not available. Are you serious? I even replied or acknowledged that i'm getting the parcel today.

You need to train your courier people! It's very disappointing.

Shopee unable to delete account

On 18/05/18, i logged a ticket [protected] that i was unable to delete my account due to no verification code received. The CS directed me to call my mobile service provider to check on the phone line. Post verification with the mobile provider, i called Shopee back and the ticket was raised as there was an issue pertaining to the verification code sending mechanism. The CS promised to escalate the case to the relevant department for them to check. Another CS then wrote to me on 20/05/18 to say that the OTP code will be received the next working day only. Today (23/05/18), the CS wrote to me saying that i needed to uninstall and reinstall the app (again) and retry. Seems that Shopee is not dedicated to letting customers delete the account if not required already. This is already an inconvenience that the "delete my account" option is only available on the app and not on the desktop!

Shopee lacking delivery

I ordered april 18. Based on the shoppee's app, on may 7 it was cancelled for the reason that the items were lost. On may 10, I received the delivery. That is why I wonder that in the app, the record says it was lost but there was a delivery. What I did is I paid the delivery since the items were already delivered. I contacted the supplier that I already received the items. Just this morning, I opened the package, to my surprise, it lacks 50 pcs. I travel a lot, so I don't have much time to check it and I trust the group. Hope your company can settle this. Thank u.

Shopee bad of service

I want make a complaint about i have wait long time to get my parcel. From kul to ldu.

I called customer service, 2 times, but no people can give me an answer where is my parcel now.

I feel very angry because the staff promise will call me back but totally no! Then have wait to me call them back again! After that just let me know i have to wait to next week again!

Very poor of service for this company!

Shopee parcel not received & courier - blackarrow is unreliable

I ordered last 05/05 for mother's day. Order created: 180505114671y47. But til today, no sign of movement from the order. I have reached out to support but they're a headache. I asked nicely to have it delivered but nothing. They give out automated responses that I [censored] hate and they don't seem to [censored] care! [censored] customer service, [censored] courier! I am not recommending shopee and with all of this. Shopee was great at first but once there is a problem, you don't care. I asked for a supervisor and got no reply. I asked for the order to be canceled but no reply! I had to think again and rush to buy another gift for my mom because this happened! Extremely disappointed and appalled.

Shopee I am complaining about free shipping

Hello. Goodevening!

As per your online selling. Once na naka 500 ka diba free shipping na po? Pero bakit ganun? Parang nagbayad pa din ako ng shipping. And one more thing dapat kahit iba ibang seller excepted yung free shipping once na naka500 ka.

Dapat bigyan po sana ng pansin etong sa shoppee. Kasi baka mawalan dn ng costumer at lumipat sa lazada. Kasi sinasabi ng karamihan mas okay daw yung shipping nila dun. Kahit iba ibang sellers counted pa din un.

Kasi pano nga naman pag sa iba ibang seller ka bumili tapos syempre kada item my shipping pa.

Sana po maresolve etong complaint ko na to. Kasi imbis na ganahan ako umorder dahil ng cod. Bigla nalang ako mapapaisip na bumili nlng sa baclaran or cartimar.

Shopee delivery & customer service

Made a few orders, initally was ok and delivered.
Subsequent they charged me and orders wasnt receive. Inform me that I was not reachable but freaking i drop so much email to complain and call them and they can even call me anytime, and get scolded and stil telling me I am unreachable?

Stay away from this freaking scammer company, unable to deliver and do not wanna refund.

Shopee product keep delaying

I had made two orders from two different company on 2 May 2018 but the companies take a long time to send the product, so far I did not receive any parcel from them. I already extend the Shopee Guarantee and it already exceeds the guarantee date.

I wish Shopee Malaysia can send my product as soon as possible because I want to use its emergency.

Shopee lazy delivery man lbc courier

I ordered several times on shopee but they keep on saying that house closed even though we are in the house. Sometimes, they are sending a message that the parcel will arrive but no parcel will arrive. We are tired of waiting for the parcel but the delivery man was very lazy to ask or maybe didn't deliver the parcel. I happened to us several times already. Our time is wasted waiting for the delivery man to deliver our parcel. I hope you can change your courier. Black Arrow is good when it comes to delivering the items. All the items that we received from shopee thru Black Arrow arrived unlike the LBC. I hope you can contact the LBC regarding this matter. Thank you.

Shopee not updated item list of sellers - please improve on this!

I am a first time shopee user and I didnt expect that I will immediately be disappointed!

I ordered a bluetooth keyboard, waited for more than a week for the seller to reply only to learn that the product has been discontinued and they ask me to cancel!

Remove the products you dont sell anymore! It s really such a waste of time and money.

I hope shopee can establish a mechanism to penalize sellers who are not responsible enough to handle their customers' orders. E.g. every cancellation requested by the Seller (without just cause) and attributable to the fault of seller shall be penalized.

Shopee not enough item receive.

Hi Shopee, I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes from dragonman.my on 12/04/2018, and received the parcel by today 27/04/2018. The matter is, I only received 2 pairs instead of 3. I'd already asked the seller due to this issue, as he replied they sent me the correct quantities as ordered, but I didn't receive the other pair, the seller ask me to contact Shopee customer service for solution. Where did the missing item go? The parcel was completely seal with tape. Can you help me alocate where is my other shoes? Is it being send separately? The payment will be release to the seller soon, but I did not receive enough item in my hands. Kindly help me with this issue, hope to hear a good news from you. Tq

Shopee highly raved 8 times silky silky mask

I'm having this rashes everywhere on my face since this morning after I used the first mask, which never happy before when I use other brands, I've checked it's still 3 years to go until it's expired, so it must have contain some toxic elements. The rashes is very obvious and itchy sometimes painful, I need to put thick makeup to make it look less reddish, I will go to see a clinic soon.

Shopee refund/ return by movall

I received my order yesterday april 24, 2018, i'm so excited for the item because its cheap and I will use it a lot. Im shocked instead having a ez water cannon hose I receive a shoe rack! Thats a big difference! What am I going to do with that shoe rack! I immediately contacted the supplier that I ordered to, but instead of shouldering they insisted to shoulder the shipping fee mo the product the im returning. I ordered the ez water cannon worth 115 with 2 other stuff so that shipping cost will be use well because its cheap but they want me to shoulder the shipping fee which cost 140 to 200 pesos. The insist shouldering they said that "di daw nagaabono ung boss nila" is it my fault? What should I do? Its suck! Its not like lazada! Lazada shoulder everything if there is something needed to return or refund. What a shame!

Shopee rider (john patrick necessario) from black arrow express

This is the 3rd time that my order was assigned to him. My first order that he's supposed to deliver was returned to the seller because he tagged me as consignee not available and the next thing I know is it was already scheduled for return. Didn't receive a call or message from the rider but I did received a msg from BAE that my order is out for delivery. Same goes to my second order, he tagged my order as consignee refused to pay, didnt receive a call or msg from him. So I message the seller and it was reassigned to a different rider, luckily that rider named Ronald Duarte delivered it at my doorstep. And the 3rd one, I got so frustrated, april 17, 2018 I received a message from BAE that the parcel was out for delivery however, no one came and it was for reschedule for no reason, after 6 days of waiting, I even emailed them to make a follow up finally, it is rescheduled for today april 23. Waited ALL DAY and nobody came and to my surprise after checking the app the status is consignee not available. Such a waste of time. I'm so frustrated that i feel like crying.
