my order was to be delivered door to door... the LBC texted me with the tracking number ref#[protected] in the morning of march 19, 2018... so i expected it will be delivered to me in my home address which is Lower Zone 8, Bulua Cagayan de Oro City. in the afternoon of March 19, 2018 i recieved 4 misscalls coming from [protected] and. txt informing me that he is from LBC asking for the directions of my place. i was not able to recieve hos calls because i had my afternoon nap. upon reading his message i called him immediately and i introduce my name that i am "Dennis Rey Matos and if he could deliver the item" the rider told me in rude manner "nganong wala man ka nitubag sa akong tawag, nia nako sa toyota" (why did you not not answer my call, i am now here in toyota). "pwede sa Bulua High School Nalang Sir?" (can you drop it in Bulua High School?) i ask him "tan-awon lang kay layo nako" ( i will just check coz i am already far) still rude. we exchange messeages but this person s very rude. he told why i did not put a land mark or a house number... that zone 8 is a big place... first i live in a resedintial area and it is not a subdivision... second i have been a regular customer of online shops yet this is the first i encounter a rude delivery man. i went to LBC BULUA to report the incedent but they told me that your company is tie up with them and the delivery man is not an employee of LBC. so i called the sea cargo solustion to file a complain against that guy. i was not able to recieved my order because of that man who does not want to do his job well.
Encountered one rude delivery man just now (Edison Awa). I am residing in a small building where most tenants are working from home, or sleeping at daytime because they're working at night, so normally it is very quiet...until this delivery man WITHOUT any calls, or texts, simply barged inside the building SHOUTING my name in full SO LOUD on each floor. It should be common courtesy to inform the person first that you (delivery man) are already outside. He's not the only one that has work to do, so you delivery riders should be considerate to other people!
me too i encountered very rude delivery man, from shopee, his name is Alain Joseph. J & T : [protected], his
numbers :[protected]/[protected]. No manners at all, When i received my package and turned my back for little bit, he loudly complain to his friend how long I am when its just few minutes(not even 5 minutes). im like how lazy are you, he should be thankful he has a job than complain about it and complain where I can HEAR it.
Clearly, this delivery man is ill mannered and I hope he gets fired. There's so much people out there who are better and can be professionals.
What I want is before he would treat me like a pain, and as I saw him outside, he already frowning at me! I want them to understand that I have my own circumstances, I understand why he was mad, because I didn't answer my phone. BUT it was only a second time he calls then he bombarded my phone with repetitive texts and that he will cancel this.
I know, I should have picked my phone right? But I can't. My phone is destroyed from yesterday I think, it was okay in the morning but until I receive calls it automatically turned off. And before my phone was completely turned off, I recieved texts, many texts from him, and that he will cancel it. I cried because that book is important, and I cannot afford to wait again for 7 days. I even tried calling shopee's agent, asking for help if there's a way I can call the rider. I even chatted with the seller.
But I'm glad the delivery company, call me again (from another phone—just transfer my sim). But that guy i6a very rude, like when I was instructing him where is my house and the time he was infront of our house! I know it's tiring to deliver but please, let your rider know some etiquette and some cistomer service. Thank you.
encountered this kind of rude shopee delivery man also. Hope they think also especially for the ones working on a graveyard work. I believe there is a reasong why several attempts of delivery is
imposed. The shopee delivery man is so rude asking for my direction, am I really residing there etc. This is the first time I experience this kind of
rudeness . I hope shopee delivermans/couriers will educate their delivery man to be polite. really disappointed and discourages to have an order
