Shopee Voucher

I have voucher discount for shopee worth 1000 philippine peso, I have not used the voucher yet but when I input it into the voucher field it says it has been used already. Contacted shopee but they said it has heen used I they will not reactivate it or I gues someone fron their customer service used it already.

Shopee Faulty tablet - Order #20111536AVX3BG.

I bought a telcast tablet, unfortunately could not to turn on. Tried contacting and discussing with seller, it appeared language barrier as they don't even understand my statement of concern. They insisted that i should bear the return shipping cost which contradicted with shopee return process. Shopee's agents are not helpful either where they conveniently replied that buyer is in contact with seller without knowing the background of the issue.

Shopee Pampers

I ordered 232 pcs small size of Pampers last 12/12/2020, 232 pcs. But I received the wrong size last 12/22/2020. I returned the wrong item thru j&t last 12/23/2020. I contacted both shopee and pampers. However my concern was not taken seriously until all messed up. Shopee wounnt refund me. Seller is unresponsice to shopee for manual refund. Help me to get my refund. Attached here is the waybill of the return package.

Shopee Shoppee Voucher

I am planning to order using shoppee voucher and shoppee pay but I am residing in a different location. I updated the address before anything else. I placed an order after a thorough checking of the discounts, the items and the vouchers from each store. I used the shoppee voucher I had which worth 1000Php but I noticed that it will be delivered from my old address. Without hesitation, I cancelled the order and didn't received any disclaimer or prompt that I won't be able to use the shoppee voucher anymore. I chatted with them the same day hoping that they can reinstate the order, reactivate the voucher or compensate the same amount but they disconnected me several times via chat. I am dissapointed at the same time frustrated that I can't use a shoppee voucher worth 1000Php

Nagtanong ako kung pwede ipostponed order ko dahil uwi kami ng province kasi ginamitan ko ng shopee coins yun, at kung pupwede e january na ideliver ang reply naman sakin is no worries daw at ngayon dumating deliver ko at i-order ko nlng daw at di ko na daw marefund shopee coins na ginamit ko . Shopee Customer service

Customer support doesn't read the complaints of it's users. I have gotten and sent 8 emails telling them the problem. All I get are copy and paste answers all telling me to do the same thing that doesn't work.

I'm unable to get into my account and Shopee hasn't read a word I sent. I have begged them over and over to please read or get somebody that can read. But they just won't read my complaint.

It seems they are going the way of PayPal and other dying companies that just don't care about their customers.

Shopee I got a message from shopee app that I won a cash prize for there promo shopee milyonaryi

Hi, 2 days ago I received a message from shopee that I won a cash prize. I immediately open the message and filled in the form. But upon submitting the form I got an error. To seek help, I send message to shopee chat box for live agent support. I talked to one of shopee agent, and informed her about my concern. She immediately check my concern and after a minute who informed me that the message I got is an error from system. And said I didnt win. I would like to ask help, what will I do about this? As the error is not in my side. But in the shopee itself. I believe I still won regardless if the message sent to me is an error. Please help me.

Full description of the incident: I received a call while at work today that the order I had place (Order ID: 2011299S9UWQ4P) is being delivered and the delivery guy (Dispatched by J&T PJS EXPRESS - PART TIME) was waiting at the guard house of my condominium. I had instructed him to head to the lobby of my block (which is the stated address of the delivery) and I will instruct my wife to come down to the block lobby to collect the items. The guard house is a considerable distance from my block and my 4 kids (ages 4 to 8) were at home with my wife. However, the delivery guy had replied over the call that he was going to wait at the guard house and not head to my block (again, the delivery address stated on the order is my block and not the guard house). I had told him politely that my kids are home and my wife is unable to walk such a long distance to the guard house. Upon which, he start scolding me in vulgarities and replied that it is not his problem, acting in a rowdy and gangsterism manner. The security at the guard house then informs me that he has brought 2 other friends and was picking a fight. I instructed my condo security to chase them away and not allow them into the condo as I feared for the safety of my wife and kids. My item was not delivered and this has promptly affected my work (which I was in the middle in) and now I am fearful of what may happen to my wife and kids given the nature and actions of the delivery guy (as he has my full address in his records).

Desirable resolution: Please ensure that my order is delivered promptly within the week as it has already been delayed and that I receive a full apology for the actions and words of the delivery guy who had given me such an extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience. I would like a full refund on my shipping costs given the situation I've had to face and urge SHOPEE to thoroughly screen the delivery services you use henceforth. Such an experience is not acceptable at all.

Shopee Scammer seller & shopee did not give any assistance that could have prevented the scam

Expected Resolution : Refund

From Nov 26th and still ongoing I have asking for Shopee.ph to validate an order and account number but the escalation team that was assigned to my case never ever contacted me and give the pertinent info i needed for Gcash to reverse the payment for the grace period they had in place. because of their lapse transaction completed thus money got transferred to scammer personal account.

Their agent kept giving that because it was outside their payment platform excuse. Why then did they add these other options to pay in the 1st place. This seller was found on their platform and since I was the one who already found away to resolve it amicably instead on helping me they dropped the ball on the situation and it seems made the completion of the scam possible.

I have yet still get a response from their legal team with the way things are I am filing a police report and also have to file with NBI cybercrime division.

I hope this board helps me in anyway to get back my money especially these hard times of pandemic.

Shopee Missing parcel

Hi,

I am writing to file a complaint in line with my escalated case 112712445. My case has been ongoing for almost two weeks now. I still haven't received my parcel that is still in transit since Nov. 24, 2020. No updates from the courier or even an initiative by your company to email me. Your customer support via chat is not helpful. Agents disconecting my chat like Pen, repeating scripts from Karla Paula C, Russell keep on asking my concern and not reading my comms history, Karlo providing false information, your supervisor Remel that is unprofessional for handling cases and all of the other agents I made contact with. I spoke with Jennifer today Dec. 3 that I will receive my order by tomorrow as the deadline given by the said supervisor. She also assures me that I will get a refund if I will not receive it. This is so frustrating as you ruined all my plans just because of your incompetent and useless courier GoGoExpress. I have been a good customer but this is what you can give. I want you to take action for all of this and escalate it to your higher management. Your company doesn't even know how to handle my data under the Data Protection Act. I am expecting to hear something from you.

Shopee Seller do not honor my purchase after made full payment.

Have pre-ordered and make full payment a collector hobby kit from Dew Toy Store aka ohmyprimus.com store. Make full payment and waited 3 months for the item to arrived. During this 3 months, seller increase the price of the item by 40%. When the items arrived, seller do not deliver the item to me. I realise seller have sold this items to 3 other buyers. When ask about my delivery, seller ignore my chat message. When I called Shopee customer service for help, seller find excuses about the logistic and deliberately cancelled my order, refunded with reason "Out of stock" even stock is available. Seller immediately pull down item from Shopee. All this happen within an hour. When I receive notification my order is cancelled, I check with Shopee customer service, they ask me to find/buy item other seller. Dew Toy Store do not honor my purchase and wasted my 3 months waiting. Shopee is not helping to get seller to honor my order instead allow seller to remove the item from Shopee site and ask me to find similar collector hobby kit from another seller. Shopee do not take care of buyers' interest.

Shopee Express

How come shopee express dont have any method to contact their hub. Even they send to the wrong hub and the product static at that hub for more than 1 week. I try to contact shopee express company twice. The first time I make a phone call on 24/11/2020 they ask me to call back in 3 days. The second time (27/11/2020) I was serve by ms hazinin and she unable to give any solution at all and just ask me to wait! Lousy service by shopee express! So inefficient!

Shopee Driver

I ordered on shopee dated Nov 15, item from China. The item arrived in philippines on Nov 23, on the following day Nov 24 when I check the status it says item is on the way to deliver by the courier at 1pm. Then I waited all day for the courier to came. Then at 7pm to my surprise when I check the status of my delivery there is saying that parcel will return to the sorting hub because it was rejected by the user. I immediately contacted shopee agent to report what happened. Why the driver reported like that. Then agent told me they will do an action and wait for the item it will be delivered within 24hrs. Then the following day, Nov 25 around 8pm no courier came. I contacted again shopee and reported it again, then shopee agent assured me that my parcel will be delivered the following day so stop worrying. And then today, when I checked the status it was returning to the seller! I was like what the heck, come on shopee! 2 consecutive days I've been reporting this matter and then nothing happened? I contacted agent again and rely everything again and again then agent told me sorry because its already returned to seller, all they can do is to file a report against this driver. Oh really? Just now agent told me they will file a report.. Wow! Pls somebody help me to finally give this driver his award for being beast!

Shopee Cancelled order

The seller or shopee cancelled my order because it failed to deliver. But by the item they cancelled I saw the seller posted the same item as available.. They arranged for the refund and I checked the amount refunded was short. I used the chat service and she told me to check w the bank. And when I sounded irate. She ended the sessoon.2nd time now chat service hang up on me.
Theres too much inconvenience on my part. I prepaid the order and waited for more than 10days then they cancelled just like that. I availed the 11.11 promo so all the discount is gone and I cannot avail the same disc now. Ngayon naman kulang yung amount na nirefund. Sobrang frustration naman nito. Tapos ang sagot ng chat service I follow ang case tapos ihang up ka pa.

I have the same experience like you. Pre-order and pay full amount for a collector hobby kit from Dew Toy Store through Shopee. Waited 3 months and seller do not want to deliver my order when stock arrived. Then I realize seller has increased the price by 40% and they do not want to honor my purchase. I called Shopee for help. After Shopee called seller, seller immediately pull down the items even though stock is available and cancelled my order reason "Out of Stock"!

Shopee Order cancelled / shopee does not honour sales item purchased

Hi,

I would like to file a complaint on Shopee. During 11.11 sales, I have purchased some groceries from Shopee Mart on 11.11 and my order was cancelled on 23.11 with the reason of delivery issues. First of all, there is no attempt for delivery after checking the tracking number. Secondly, no delivery guy ever came to my house to deliver this order.

I waited for almost two weeks only to find out that my order is cancelled. Hence, I am now suffering with no groceries during the MCO period. This is an extremely terrible experience! I checked the post of the product that I have purchased in Shopee and saw many have reviewed and indicated that they have received the order purchase from 11.11 sales.

I hope something can be done about this. There is no way I can contact someone from Shopee that could give me a proper explanation on what happened.

Shopee Scam jade channel 霍甲文化传媒 on shopee singapore

I was told on this channel, Hujiachuanmei. Sg operating as 霍甲文化传媒 in the platform that that I have won a prize of a beautiful jade ring.

In order to get this ring, I have to pay a shipping fee to receive this item!

When I got the item, I get the shock of my life!

The ring is so big, it is definitely meant for the fingers of a fat guy rather than for lady!

This company hujichuanmei. sg is definitely a scam company.

Firstly, why do I need to pay for a free gift?
Secondly, why did they not inform about the size of the ring before sending?

This type of lousy ring is definitely left over sizes that nobody wants!

Do not buy from 霍甲文化传媒 on Shopee!

Lousy and dishonest honest!

Shopee not even doing anything about such scams!

What a shame!
