Shop HQ review: Refund denied ( 1 comment)

I will NEVER order from this company again. I have tried calling customer service only to be transferred to someone in an Asian country that I could not understand and it was obvious that she could not understand me. I kept requesting to be transferred to a supervisor and was told that there are no supervisors. I then asked to be transferred to an English speaking representative and was told there are not English speaking representatives to transfer to. I received the item ordered that looked nothing like the item on tv. I returned it back to them before the 30 day period ended. The Representative kept telling me that the returns dept had refused my refund due to it being returned to them after 30 days. The Representative could not give me any information as to when my pkg was received back. I cannot control the USPS delivery schedules. I was never informed via email this was the case. I had to initiate this complaint 60 days after I returned pkg after checking with my cc company. The customer service dept is incompetent and there is not other dept I can be transferred to after selecting every option available. BEWARE
