Shop Factory Direct

Shop Factory Direct is a very bad place to buy your furniture. My lady and I almost made the mistake of buying a sofa set from them, but we were lucky to find out just how bad they are before we wasted our money. Do not give them a chance to rip you off like they nearly did to us!

First of all, the quality of their furniture is terrible. We looked at some of their products online and the pictures made them look nice enough. But when we saw the items in person, they were nothing like what we expected. The fabric was cheap, the cushions were lumpy, and the overall appearance was very poor. I'm sure you could find better stuff at a thrift store or garage sale!

Secondly, their customer service is abysmal. When we tried to contact them to ask about some of the issues with the product, it was like pulling teeth just to get a response. They took forever to reply, and when they did, they were very unhelpful. It was clear they didn't care about us as customers at all.

Finally, I checked their reviews online after a friend told me to be careful, and I was horrified by what I saw. There were so many negative comments from other customers who had similar experiences with Shop Factory Direct. It's clear that they have a pattern of ripping off their buyers and providing terrible service.

Overall, I strongly recommend that you avoid Shop Factory Direct at all costs. They are a dishonest and low-quality company with no respect for their customers. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the trouble!

I gotta tell ya, I had a bad experience tryin' to buy somethin' from Shop Factory Direct. I sent 'em some emails askin' about my delivery and they didn't get back to me, not even once. I waited and waited and still no sign of my stuff. It's been three whole months now and they still got all my money. Ain't that a bunch of crap? Not cool at all. Shop Factory Direct (shopfactorydirect.com) ain't no good in my opinion. I bought from them and they sent me a damaged item. It looked like it was dropped or something. I complained and asked for a refund and they were like, "oh we'll fix it and send you a new one." So they did, but the second one came in worse shape than the first! And then, get this, they lost my chest not just once but twice. I called them up yelling and screaming, and they was like, "oh we'll give you a discount because of the trouble." But then they turned around and said they can't because they fixed the items they sent us in the first place. What kind of nonsense is that? Never shopping with them again!

I ordered something from Shop Factory Direct in May 2021 but I still haven't received my package. I know that patience is important when it comes to deliveries but this is taking too long. To make things worse, they've blocked me so I can't even send them a message to ask for an update. I'm not happy with this at all. I bought the item as a gift for my nephew and now I don't know if he's going to get it.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company. It seems like they don't care about their customers. When I tried to call their customer service number, it wasn't much help either. So far, my experience with Shop Factory Direct has been a disappointment.

I'm not sure what's going on but it seems like this company has some serious issues. If you're thinking about buying from them, I suggest you look elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle and frustration. To be honest, I regret giving them my business in the first place.

Me and the wifey, we bought one of them fancy sofa and love sea pairs from Shop Factory Direct back in the beginning of this year, in January, and let me tell ya, it ain't worth the money we paid.

First off, these joints are poorly constructed. The dang recliners work fine, no complaints there, but trying to push that extended part back in is a real pain. Gotta stand right in front of the soft and use all your strength just to get it back in place. Ain't nobody got time for that!

And don't even get me started on the mid-section of the sofa. It's all crooked and misaligned, like it was put together by a drunk carpenter. Not a good look, folks.

To top it all off, the delivery was a straight-up disaster. Took forever to get to us (we were practically camping out waiting for it), and when it finally arrived, it was covered in scratches and dings. Ain't that just swell?

Overall, I gotta say, we're pretty disappointed with this purchase. Definitely not worth the money we shelled out for it. If ya want my honest opinion, I'd steer clear of Shop Factory Direct and find yourself a better sofa and love seat combo elsewhere.

So, I made an order on Shop Factory Direct a while ago for a bed that I had my heart set on. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday but it never came. I mean, what a bummer, right? I didn't get any calls or anything, just a flimsy email that said it was on its way. It's like they didn't even care! I was waiting for it like a kid waiting for Santa on Christmas morning and it didn't even show up. I mean, I've ordered stuff from China and it got here faster! I was so disappointed.

I made a mega buy from Shop Factory Direct because the customer service guy told me they got the stuff I want in stock. I got just two of the six things I ordered though I settled the bill in advance since I got a commercial account. I waited like forever for more than 4 months and still not a sign of my stuff, so I made a call to cancel. But now they won't give me back my money for the four things I didn't get.
