I spent a grand on a fancy recliner from Shop Factory Direct, but boy oh boy did I regret it real quick! After just a lil' bit of use, that seat gave out on me just like a cheap carnival ride. I was furious, so I hit up that customer experience manager ASAP. Let me tell ya, that was a whole 'nother headache. It felt like going around in circles, round and round and round we went, until finally they offered me two c-notes to make it right. Now, I ain't a math whiz, but that's only a fraction of what I paid for that darn chair! And to top it off, it barely lasted two and a half months! If I were you, I'd take my business elsewhere for some quality furniture and proper service after the sale, ya hear me? Don't waste your hard-earned money like I did.

I done bought a bedroom set from Shop Factory Direct back in July and they sent it to me in August. But dang it, ever since I got that set, I been havin' some issues with it. Now it's broke and they don't wanna fix it or even replace it! Ain't that somethin'. I done gone bought me a whole formal dining room set from Shop Factory Direct 'bout two months ago. Now listen here, I ain't got all my items in the set yet and when I call them up askin' "When am I gonna get my delivery?" They always say the same thing "In a few days." But let me tell you, it been two weeks since they said that and I still ain't got nothin'. Their customer service ain't no good, and they take forever and day to deliver. So if'n you don't wanna wait two months for just one item, don't even think 'bout orderin' from this website. Save yerself the trouble and go somewhere else.

So I wanted to leave a review for Shop Factory Direct. I recently bought a buffet and hutch from them and I gotta tell ya...it wasn't a great experience. I called the agent I had worked with and he agreed with me that it was not what I wanted. So, he complained to the manufacturer and they said something like, "Oh, the angle they took the picture at doesn't show them but they're there." Can you believe it? That sounds pretty crooked to me.

Anyway, after waiting for months, they finally told me they couldn't do anything about it. I mean, what a bunch of crap, right? I just wanted what I paid for without any hidden surprises. It's just not right.

So, if you're thinking about shopping at Shop Factory Direct, just be careful. Take pictures and make sure you know exactly what you're getting before you buy. You don't want to end up like me, all disappointed and stuck with something you don't even want.

I had ordered myself some beautiful carved wood, marble top coffee table, end tables and console table. But what I got was quite the opposite. The wood seemed to be fake and the marble tops were not what I was hoping for. The legs were another story altogether as they were made of some weird foam-like material, which made them wobbly and weak. To add to my disappointment, the set I received was the wrong color!

I tried my best to get in touch with the customer service/manager for 30 long days. But my grievances were not taken seriously during this time. They were definitely not interested in taking the tables back and just made me keep the boxes for weeks without giving me a resolution to my problem. Finally, they told me something even more upsetting. They said the tables were not in mint condition anymore and hence, they could not give me a refund. The irony of the situation was that they were the ones who asked me to keep the boxes for so long!

I'm still in the middle of dealing with the credit card company regarding this matter. I just do not want anyone else to make the same mistake as I did. Please, stay away from this store. You do not want to risk falling into the same trap that I did.

I bought a table from Shop Factory Direct and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. The design is what I was hoping for and it looks really nice in my dining area. However, it wasn't all sunshine and roses when putting it together. Sadly, the base of the table came apart during assembly. On top of that, there was also a ding on the table top. The worst part is that we are looking to buy additional chairs for the kitchen island, but after this experience, I doubt we'll be buying them from Shop Factory Direct. We'll look for a better option that won't cause us any more trouble.

Unfortunately, when the items arrived, I discovered that one of the cabinet doors was damaged. Besides, even if they did, during the 2019 corona epidemic, there were protocols in place to minimize physical contact, such as a "no touch" policy.

What really bothers me about this whole situation, though, is that Shop Factory Direct tried to charge me an additional $400 to have the desk delivered and even more to have it assembled. It seems to me that once they realized they couldn't gouge me for more money, they deliberately sent me damaged goods, knowing full well that they had already received payment and that I had no recourse.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone thinking of doing business with Shop Factory Direct to think twice. Based on my experience, this company seems to have little concern for its customers and appears to be more interested in making a quick buck. Be very wary!

Buying from Shop Factory Direct was easy, no questions there. However, we had to wait a whole month for our love seat and sofa set to finally arrive. It was pretty exciting until we found out that the shipping company had broken the sofa and even listed that the love seat was also damaged. You would think that customer service would double-check with the shipping company and do what was necessary to make things right, but nope.

They just went ahead and processed a replacement for the love seat instead of the sofa. It was surprising to find out that they had a recurring problem with this specific shipping company but still continued to use them. Maybe they were trying to save on costs, but it wasn't worth all the trouble for me.

I spoke with a woman on the phone, who seemed polite and helpful at first, but quickly informed me that the table I purchased was meant to have a "distressed" look, and these holes were imitation "wormholes." I found this ridiculous since it was clear to me that these holes were made mechanically, not authentically distressed, and they ruined an otherwise flawless set of surfaces. What's more, the photo of the table on their website did not even show these holes.

When I asked about returning the table, I was told that I would have to pay for shipping expenses and a "stocking fee," and my refund would only be around fifty (50) dollars. I was completely outraged by this response, as I felt that I had been completely misled. I would definitely not recommend purchasing from this company, as their return policy is highly misleading and could even be considered fraudulent in my opinion.

Shop Factory Direct is a very bad place to buy your furniture. My lady and I almost made the mistake of buying a sofa set from them, but we were lucky to find out just how bad they are before we wasted our money. Do not give them a chance to rip you off like they nearly did to us!

Shop Factory Direct (shopfactorydirect.com) ain't no good in my opinion. I bought from them and they sent me a damaged item. It looked like it was dropped or something. I complained and asked for a refund and they were like, "oh we'll fix it and send you a new one." So they did, but the second one came in worse shape than the first! And then, get this, they lost my chest not just once but twice. I called them up yelling and screaming, and they was like, "oh we'll give you a discount because of the trouble." But then they turned around and said they can't because they fixed the items they sent us in the first place. What kind of nonsense is that? Never shopping with them again!

I ordered something from Shop Factory Direct in May 2021 but I still haven't received my package. I know that patience is important when it comes to deliveries but this is taking too long. To make things worse, they've blocked me so I can't even send them a message to ask for an update. I'm not happy with this at all. I bought the item as a gift for my nephew and now I don't know if he's going to get it.

Me and the wifey, we bought one of them fancy sofa and love sea pairs from Shop Factory Direct back in the beginning of this year, in January, and let me tell ya, it ain't worth the money we paid.

First off, these joints are poorly constructed. The dang recliners work fine, no complaints there, but trying to push that extended part back in is a real pain. Gotta stand right in front of the soft and use all your strength just to get it back in place. Ain't nobody got time for that!

And don't even get me started on the mid-section of the sofa. It's all crooked and misaligned, like it was put together by a drunk carpenter. Not a good look, folks.

To top it all off, the delivery was a straight-up disaster. Took forever to get to us (we were practically camping out waiting for it), and when it finally arrived, it was covered in scratches and dings. Ain't that just swell?

Overall, I gotta say, we're pretty disappointed with this purchase. Definitely not worth the money we shelled out for it. If ya want my honest opinion, I'd steer clear of Shop Factory Direct and find yourself a better sofa and love seat combo elsewhere.
