I tried to order a $142.97 ($162.45 including shipping) cosplay from them on April 16th, 2020. I got an email saying it was shipped and all, but it was a Chinese site. So I waited a few months since it seemed like it was being shipped from out the country. However, nothing came. In March 2021, I tried reaching out to them and never heard anything. It was only when I started posting negative reviews and telling my story on sites they reached out. I gave them the order details and they said that "the order was out of stock for the product and they were never able to process my order". In other words, they took my money and sent my a bogus teaching number then. They said that they would cancel the order (so they had it the whole time?) and would refund me through PayPal. Surprise, it's October 2021 and I still haven't been refunded for a product I paid for and never got.

I ordered this dress and it said there was one left. After emailing them about the tracking number and how it said it was still processing even though the money was already taken out of my account. They emailed me back to tell me the item is out of stock and they asked whether i wanted something else or my money back. I have had to repeatedly email them to keep asking for my money back or when will i get my money. I have even called the number multiple times but it always goes to voicemail. It has been over 5 days since the first time i asked fir my money back. They either give me the run around or they don't contact me at all

I've purchased a cosplay costume from www.cosplayshopper.com and the one I received was very small, and actually looked nothing like pictures on their website. Quality was not the best and costume looked very cheap.
I decided to return it in order to get a refund, so I contacted customer support service and asked for a return address and label. Their support said that they don't do refunds and don't accept returns. But it was said on their website that I had 7 days to return! Cheaters! No matter how hard I've tried they refused to accept the costume back. What a waste of money.

I was skeptical on shopping here but I read that they are cheap so I gave them a try. I ordered a kingdom hearts cloak on 28June, and guess what, I still have received totally nothing from cosplayshopper.com! there is no delivery at all, and when I emailed them a few times, I finally got a vague respond saying that they had mailed the costume already. I requested for the tracking number, and they are not able to provide it at all! It took over 2 months and I am still getting nothing, and I do not understand those reviews that said they provide 'fast' 1 month delivery could be real at all! I am disputing the payment, and my suggestion is to get your cosplay stuff elsewhere.

I thought I will give them a try and I regretted it! The costume is cheaply made from China and it don't fit at all. The quality is bad that it don't look the same as shown on their pictures. The shoes will very bad plastic smell. It took 3 weeks for the package to reach me. I requested a return for refund, then they said there is no refund for used items. right! stay away from troubles, wouldn't recommend cosplayshopper.com at all.

I thought I would give them a try and bought a costume and a wig here 2 months ago. after such a long waiting and many emails sent to them without much responds, I finally got my order. However the costumes are at very bad quality, cloths is so thin and cheap that it is kinda 'see-through'. very light piece of trash. I emailed them to request for a refund, they do not respond and I would have to dispute the payment myself. then they emailed me a nasty email cursing me said used costume is not accepted for refund. they are totally a nightmare to deal with, and stay away if you don't want troubles.

This site sells cheaply made costumes from china, and the quality is not good at all. the wig I got here cannot be styled, and not washable. not worth the money at all even they try to sell the costumes very cheap, the quality is the wrost I had experienced. their pictures are probably stolen from the net, that the costume I got don't look like the pics. I wouldn't recommend this store.

I have purchased 2 wigs and a Bleach costume here at cosplayshopper.com. I needed these for a party so that I had placed my order 5 weeks ahead. Unfortunately, after over 1 month of waiting, I am getting nothing. I emailed them few times and I didn't get any responds. Until just now they sent me an email said 1 wig is back-ordered, and the costume is being made that they don't have it ready in stock. I requested a cancellation, but they refused said my order was placed a month ago that they cannot cancel it. They are totally a scam! Now i don't have the things for the coming party, and no refund for my money! I am checking with my bank to see what they can do about it. Please stop them and for those who are thinking to buy here, please don't. a very disappointed girl here v_v.

I waited for almost 2 months for my dress, and soon I open the mail the dress is a complete trash! It is very dirty, and it does not look new at all. I emailed them for 3 days now and getting no respond. This is the most horrible experience on buying costumes for me. I will never shop at this cosplayshopper.com site no more.
