I keep getting charged for something I already cancelled with All American Dish. They said I could get internet with the package, but there was no internet available when they installed it. I called and cancelled, but I'm still getting charged. I paid Dish, but now I'm paying All American Dish too. I've tried to contact them, but they keep hanging up on me. It's frustrating.

AllAmericanDish is a bad company. I got a flyer and called them. I talked to a lady named ***. She needed my credit card info to tell me how much it would cost. She did a credit check and took $29.99 from my card without asking me. I decided not to get their service, but they say they never took my money. I showed them my bank papers with the ID of the charge and the time of the call, but they still say they didn't take my money. They won't give me my money back.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with All American Dish. Back in March , I talked to one of their people and told them I wanted to switch my cable company and get both cable and internet. I made the mistake of agreeing to a $29.99 charge on my credit card over the phone. But then, within an hour, I changed my mind and cancelled the service. I thought I'd get my money back, but nope. I even went to my credit card company and tried to get them to help me out, but All American Dish had apparently already gotten my approval, so I was out of luck. No service, no credit, nothing.

I just called them again recently and explained the whole situation again, but they didn't do anything for me. They sent me some paperwork that said I'd get a refund if Dish wasn't installed in my home for any reason, but that was a total lie. These guys are scammers, plain and simple. Don't waste your time or money with them.

April 1, 2022 I saw All American Dish's promo for new peeps. I signed up and asked for installation on April 2. They said it's free, but they charged me $49.99 on my card. I didn't notice it until my kid told me. I've been trying to call them, but all I get is a recording of their hours. Even when I call at the right time, no one answers. I want my $49.99 back on my card, yo.

I signed up for the TV deal to save some cash and was supposed to get a gift card for a bunch of money. If I added internet, I could get even more cash. I got the TV for a good price, but I didn't get the gift card. I called and asked about it, but they said I wouldn't get it because I didn't get both the TV and internet. But the ad clearly said I'd get the gift card if I got the TV and even more if I added internet.

My dad had All American Dish and it was good. But since he died in April, I can't get a hold of them. The phone number on their website goes to some other place. Even the number Dish gave me goes straight to a message all the time, even when I call during the right hours. I can't even leave a message. It's not cool that they keep charging my dad's account even though he's dead and there's no money left.

I get charged every month by all american dish for $14.99 and $14.95, but I don't know why. It's not for my dish tv service 'cause I moved and Dish tv said all american dish ain't with them. I had to pay Dish tv separately, which I did. I tried to contact all american dish, but they never answered. So, I'm still getting charged every month. I'm a single woman who can't work no more 'cause of an auto-immune disease. Please help me stop these charges by all american dish. Thank you and God bless.

I ordered from All American Dish in August and spoke to a rep named *** to set up installation for August 14th. We talked about packages, deals, and the $100 gift card I was supposed to get. But when I called on October 6th to ask about the gift card, they said I didn't qualify and couldn't do anything about it. I got upset and told the customer service person (***) that *** had promised me the gift card. She said they'd have to check the recording and only give it to me if she said so. She was rude and said she didn't have a boss. I bought in good faith and this is bad faith.

I signed up for All American Dish in June 2022. The person who helped me (I think her name was ***) completed my order and told me what I ordered. I asked about the gift card promo I saw on the site and she told me some stuff about it. She said I would get something in the mail about it. She didn't say anything about needing America's top 200 or credit qualification or anything like that. I called them on 9/1/22 to ask about the gift card and talked to a guy named ***. He said he was the boss or something. He didn't care about my problem and said I didn't qualify for the gift card because I didn't sign up with America's top 200 and didn't have credit qualification. I feel like they should have told me that when I signed up. It's like they left it out on purpose to make the sale. I looked on the website and the disclaimer for the card is at the very bottom of the page in small font. On top of that, they cut off the service if you don't pay before the due date. I feel like they lied to me to get me to sign up. It's not fair to be stuck in a 2-year contract with a dishonest company.

I saw a flyer for DISH satellite TV on 6/23 and called the number to upgrade my old cable TV. I wanted on-demand and reruns, but no WiFi. They said it was possible with 190 channels, 5 channels recording, and *** hours of storage. I postponed the installation due to COVID and medical reasons. I called again in August , but was disconnected many times. They gave me another number for installation, and I asked the technician about on-demand and reruns. He said I needed WiFi. The initial salesman lied or didn't know. They have a 1-star rating and bad reviews. All American Dish made the sale, but Dish installed it. Dish said to call All American Dish for the ***, but they didn't help. It's a big scam.
