Sheetz - Ice in my own containers

4/22/2022 at 21304 Windmill Parc Dr, Sterling, VA 20166 approx 12:30pm. My wife and I have gone to Sheetz for quite a while. Ice in your own container has always been free. Only when you get it in their cup do they charge. There is a couple of Hispanic ladies that always give my wife grief. She has tattoos and the follow her around and hover over her. Today she got ice in her own water bottles while the one Hispanic lady that always harasses her followed. Feeling uncomfortable she proceeded to leave. She was stopped, yelled at and a Hispanic supervisor was called over who told my wife she either needed to pay for ice or dump it out. If she did not comply they would call police. During the commotion another customer tried to stand up for my wife as well saying it was ice in her own container. They would not budge so my wife dumped the ice wasting it. In all my years never have we been treated this way. Embarrassing us and causing a commotion where the customers in store know better than staff. These two should not have jobs as they do not represent Sheetz reputation at all and obviously have a discrimination issue with my wife. Not happy

Desired outcome: Two employees terminated or very serious apology letters written by employees who caused commotion and then retrained on how to treat customers.

Sheetz - supervisor behavior/missing coffee cups/out of coffee

My brother and I visited the store for our morning cup of coffee. Of the several options four were blinking another solid red, we noticed the sign saying we could get a fresh cup for free if that was the case. Also, only three sleeves of small cups were available, no mediums, no larges were available. We got our coffee anyway, I had to mix my coffee since they were running out, and went to the register where one employee was on the phone and yelled for another to take care of our transaction. When the employee came to the register she was in a terrible mood. I mentioned that the lights were blinking, and she didn't even acknowledge this. She threw the additional purchase down on the counter and just whispered the total. When asked if there were other cups she ignored the question. When asked about the blinking coffee light policy she also didn't say a word.

I am a loyal sheetz card holder and may not be returning due to the lack of readiness for your guests and the complacent and down right rude attitude of the staff. Very dissatisfied.
