On Sunday 08/07/2022 I went to your store on rt19/Washington Rd #279 and was checking out at app 19:45 hrs. I had brought the Items I intended to purchase up and stood in line awaiting my turn 1 employee working all the registers (1 Female), 1 male was behind to to her left stocking or counting cigarettes' on the bottom of the shelves. the female was a White Female, Thin, sunken face appeared to be in her late 40s with glasses and reddish brown hair, no scars marks or tattoos observed. I had 1 New Belgium 6PK Fat Tire 6-P, 2 Kinder Bueno 1.5OZ singles and had asked for a 1 Copenhagen Snuff Single. As she went to get the snuff and I had my phone to unlock and get to the sheetz app as I have my card information on it. I Attempted to present it to her to scan because, any other time I am greeted to the Hello and Do you have a Sheetz card? When she started with I need your ID, I told her I was giving her my card to present to scan and would get my Id when I got my wallet out of my back pocket and get my payment for the Items. She again said I need your Id, of which I am aware of as it is a State Requirement for Purchase. She was talking very fast, was very rude > I told her her attitude sucked and I would like to speak to the Manager He came to the front and half listened and scanned my Sheetz card App after I explained what had happened and took my payment. H asked if I wanted a reciep. I explained she needs to slow done and work on her CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and thanked him and advised him I would be following up and filing a complaint. As I am aware there are Cameras, Mics and anything else needed for review of the incident she needs Some type of Action taken, Customer Service skills review, employee discipline or a day off. I work in Law Enforcement and I am aware of the laws and Customer Service Skills are everything in every Job. This is why I rarely come to the store anymore and will start going to COEN Oil stores.
Desired outcome: Some type of Action taken , Customer Service skills review , employee discipline or a day off.
