We stopped at the Sheetz on Rt119 north out of Connellsville, Pa. My wife wanted an iced lemonade. She always gets the Pina colada. After ordering and paying for her drink we started for home. She drank about half of her drink by the time we got home. She put the rest of her drink in the fridge. during dinner she was going to finish her drink. that is when she discovered a bug in her drink. She showed it to me and I took a picture of it. I will send you the pictures. It will show the date, time and order number.

Desired outcome: Review with all employees about he importance of cleaning all the equipment to avoid problems.
