Sheetz review: hot chocolate

My two children received brown water from your hot chocolate dispenser. That was a pretty expensive price to pay for brown water. Kids were upset, I was frustrated and angry and wife was ticked about the cost. I would like a refund. I would hope to resolve this issue without having to return to the store as I was passing through the area to travel to meet family for the holidays.
