I made an order online and went to pick it up at the Sheetz on union deposit road in Harrisburg Pa. I waited in the store for 25 minutes. I asked the employee and I told them my order should have been done 10 minutes ago. I was then informed that we put all online orders behind the registers. My food was cold. They didn’t even say anything about it. They never called my name or anything they just put my order behind the registers without saying anything. This is totally unprofessional and inconsiderate.
Desired outcome: They should have called my name or something. I paid for hot food and that’s what I expected
