Sheetz review: food service

Hi,
On Saturday December 28, 2019 around 7:15 pm I was very surprised to see a team member not wearing gloves while preparing food. She had on a green T-shirt and no name tag. She clearly picks up frozen fries with no gloves and drops them into the fryer. She then put on gloves to handle a few more items. Then she removes the gloves and continues to fill containers with hot food while not wearing gloves. I clearly understand the store is new. Feel more training and coaching is needed to the team on food safety.
