Sharaf DG Full house whiteware purchaseand delivery

On mid december 22 I purchase a full house whiteware devices which turned out to be a horrible non professional aftersale service. Very poor communications. Poor suppliers attitude and Non responsive staff. Sending complaint has no meaning as no o e cares. The worst buying experiece ever. Till now there is missing items with no single piece of informtion where it is or when I will recieve it.

Sharaf DG Dell vostro laptop

These are the followig defects which i've reported multiple times, and the laptop was returned to me for the 3rd time without reparing:

The calculater isn't working since i bought this laptop

Some of the letter are wrongly printed in the keyboard on the wrong places( ex, @ sign)

The touchpad freeze a lot, and sometimes stops completely from working

Laptop specifications not matching with requested middle-eastern specification on buying.

Desired outcome: i prefer to change the laptop with the requested middle eastern specifications, Or with other brand and slight difference in price would be paid.

Sharaf DG Washing machine purchase

The ever worst service in my life. No proper communication and no follow up from sharaf dg after paid the amount for delivery. 4 days after when I called customer service that time they informed me that my washing machine is cancelled due to no stock. No value for my paid money? And again I want to visit the store to get my money back? Is it my mistake that I choose sharaf dg? Is it my mistake that your staff informed me that the particular washing machine in stock and will arrange delivery to my home after I paid cash? Is it my mistake that nobody from sharaf dg called and offered alternative? And I want to visit again to get back my money as per your procedure? So no value for my time, my money?

Desired outcome: Put back my money to my credit card

Sharaf DG Sharaf dg burjuman mall

Bought a new mobile by making full payment on 5th Feb from Burjuman mall and today's date is 15th Feb. After buying I found the sim tray was not opening (which is not my fault) so I returned back within the time and requested for replacement of my mobile. But till now I did not get any message or call from their end. I have contacted the customer care multiple times and from their end got only one reply "Raised a request and I

will get a call back in 24 hours" After waiting for more than 10 days I am not ready to get the mobile from them. I need my money back immediately.

Sharaf DG The delay in repairing a literal apple pencil and the disgusting customer service

I am extremely dissatisfied with Sharaf DG's service. Had I known beforehand, I would never have made a purchase from them. My October purchase of an Apple Pencil quickly proved to be a mistake. The Apple Pencil stopped working just a week later and I returned it in mid-November. It is now January 29th and I have been sending countless emails trying to resolve the issue. On January 1st, I was told I would receive a new pencil, but it's been a full month and they are still reviewing my case. This delay is affecting my work and I have been waiting for three months just to get a literal Apple Pencil repaired. The lack of updates and communication is unacceptable. Despite over ten phone calls with Sharaf DG, this issue remains unresolved.

Desired outcome: I need a new apple pencil as soon as possible or a refund so i can purchase another.

Sharaf DG Surface go 3 2in1 laptop.

I ordered the surface go 3 4gb/64gb variant from sharaf dg online under the old laptop exchange offer, after receiving the device I realize the performance of the laptop is low and sluggish. I raised a request 6 days back to return the product and allow me to buy another laptop, but there is no update or reply or call back from customer service. Every time when I call them they have some recorded message and no solution is provided. Sharaf dg is good at stores but their online market e-commerce service is worst and they need to learn how other e-commerce businesses are doing. I will advise others to refrain from ordering anything from sharaf dg online. Worst people & services to deal with. Better to go with noon or amazon.

Sharaf DG Promised items never delivered!

Spent over AED 17000 on high end appliances on 8th of January 2022 for a furnishing project I regularly do, and was promised some gifts which were part of the appliances offer that never showed up till today. Every time I speak to the sales representative Mohd Yassir from the Dubai Mall store who I made the purchases from, I get promised same day delivery but the items never show up. All a gimmick and lies. Sad to see this happening in Dubai and while I used to trust Sharaf DG and give them all my electronic business, I will be moving my large business from them to those who actually mean what they say.

Sharaf DG Refrigerator

I took an extended warranty for my refrigerator while purchasing it in 2022. 27th December 2022 refrigerator started showing complaints and after 2 days (29th December 2022) registered complaint (complaint ID :5918130) and they took the product for repairing and till now the product is not returned. They charged 350 for gas charges if I agree to pay they told me they will deliver the item (if there are charges why are we taking warranty) I am calling them everyday and customer care not giving proper response till now the product is not returned.

Sharaf DG Apple service in Sharaf DG Times Square dubai

I we was cheated . I have Apple Mac air m2 for repairs and informed them what is cost of new one so that I buy new one . They have wrong info and on collection I had to pay aed 4200. They had offer in Sharaf dg Times Square for exchange of old one with discount of aed 800 and buy new one . I paid money like gentle man. Wrong info by customer service and ignore from Apple service . I feel cheated . I am visiting 3 days everyday with max air for some or other fault . I want compensation and I want to buy new one . Sharaf DG Hitachi 760 liter refrigerator

Twice i have been delivered with defective product by SHaraf DG and the customer service executives are just delaying to address the issue.

first delivery done on 1/jan 2023 was for defective product whihc was not accepted. next day 2/jan product delivered with dent and defects again.

complaint ticket # 5937731.

after paying in full why does Sharaf DG think its ok to deliver sub standard, defective products to clients. it does irreparable damage to your brand name, need immedate resolution and replacement with proper working product with no defects or full refund within 5/1/2023.

Desired outcome: require replacement of usable, defect free product or full replacement immediately.

Sharaf DG Iphone 13

Huge disappointment and traumatic experience had from sharaf dg dubai deira city center, bought an iph 13 on dec 17, upon opening the box found a scratch on the screen in less than 24hrs next day i returned the ph to the store and they told to wait for 4days, i came back after 4 days and they told to wait another 2 days they just keep saying the same thing that i need to wait, finally until today there is no feedback more than 1 week has passed after spending lot of money still didnt get replacement, very bad experience.

Desired outcome: Please just refund my money

Sharaf DG Faulty Huawei matebook

We purchase online laptop Huawei matebook in 21/12/22, laptop is not working it’s keep restarting every time when we open it and than after some min blue screen , we contacted the call center to register the issue and either replace or refund however they called said they will came today and never appeared . When we calling call center they cannot do anything just to create another complain and another . Complain number 5893280

Sharaf DG Lap top wrong

Dear sir

I would like to register my big disappointment with the Order #W4031033 as i ordered a lenovo laptop Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IMH05 Laptop - Core i5 16GB 1TB+128GB 4GB Win10 15.6inch FHD Onyx Black and i received a totally different brand(HP) with totally different specs, it was packed in lenovo's pack while the laptop was HP and my friend got the box closed then left the Box in Dubai and put the lap top in it's bag to cairo and I discovered i got the following model from HP

I've choose to buy my laptop from Sharafdg because it's a trusted brand.

I have checked the videos, that's not the pack my friend has received, my friend Recieved HP BOX PACKED IN LENOVO COVER FROM OUT SIDE please check with them, for whom they have delivered my laptop, and been replaced by mine, i've received a new hp laptop

Sharafdg: a study case of Bad management, bad customer service

First email explaining the issue 6 nov 2022

Dear responsable, managers, directors and CEO of sharafdg uae,

Hope this email will reach all of you,

My story with you guys, started when my wife visited your store in Sharjah Mega Mall to buy a Samsung phone for our daughter's nanny. The salesman there, who assisted them convinced them in a way or another to buy oppo which is much more better than their choice (what I know as a professional, we need to satisfy the customer need first especially if someone who knows what he wants, then create new need) so the salesman opened the box showed them many feature on it then sold it.

When she used it for 2 days, the nanny noticed that the charge didn't stay that long. Unfortunately, my wife and I were too busy to take it back to the store because we have work, so we decided to go back on the weekend within the 7 days policy of change or refund. On Friday 28 of October 2022 we went to the store to report the issue and to ask to change with a Samsung phone as it was planned in the beginning and to pay any difference on the price.

There, we met a lady (customer service representative) who told us after explaining our case that she is only working part time and can't do anything and there is no manger in morning time and we have to come back in the afternoon. While talking to her I noticed back on the wall duty manager number. So I called him around 11 am and I apologized for waking him up ( as his voice showed that he just woke up) then I explained my case to him so he spoke to that lady and hung up the phone then the answer from her again was sorry we can't do anything. I was very upset so I called him again to check what happened. He never answered my call, but when I called him from a different number he answered, then I told him, sorry I understand that I am disturbing you because sleeping is much better than solving my problem, his answer was come back in the afternoon and talk to the manager he will be around 3 pm. I asked about this manger phone and all of them said they are not allowed to give his number.

So I decided to leave the phone and asked that lady to put a note on the system about all what happened and let someone call me.

The following weekend, after no call , no sms, no email, my wife went back there and the same lady told her again the same thing and took the phone from the drawer and said: if you are unhappy you can complain to the economic department (sedd).

So we did and we are waiting for their response, attached are the references.

Is this normal? Is this how we deal with the customers? Is it that easy to ask people to complain about the company for whom you are working? is this how we solve customer issues by sending him from one to another and not taking any action? is this sharafdg mission and vision? is it our fault to trust a salesperson driven by his own benefit?

We came to the store as a happy customer. We left with a bad experience and frustration which is still ongoing. ( check what time am sending this email)12.47 after midnight)

In the end, thanks Mr Mohamed who got some time to listen to my case and guided me to the customer care.

Since my first email on 6th of November 2022, where I was hoping to get some response from someone who has a basic degree of professionalism and customer care in all Shf Dg, but unfortunately, i was very right to consider this company as the worst not only in UAE but in the world in service and product. This is not the first time I am facing an issue with a product I bought from this company.

No issues, you kept the money, you kept the phone you do not even care, right?

Sells person of the SHARF DG sold faulty Smart Watch to me last night stating that its better than Apple & Samsung Watch, it stop working within one hour of purchase. Sharaf DG Burjuman Centre. Sharaf DG Super general microwave

Dear Team,

I had purchased microwave from Sharaf DG online in Jan, 2022. Before the first year end, the microwave has got 2 time repair already done because of spark. On Sept 12, 2022 second time complaint for microwave problem was been registered which has not been resloved till date. I have been calling to customer care number i. e, [protected] many times but no resolution has been provided to me till date. Yesterday when I spoke with one of your representative, she assured me for a call back. But no call has been received to us till time. My machine is not used since Sept 12, 2022 (date of my complaint).

The poor service provided by you makes me feel it was a wrong decision to purchase product from Sharaf DG. I will never ever recommend any of my known to purchase product from you. Also, I assume nobody from your team is concerned or interested in resolving my issue. Hence, request you to refund my money back and collect your product from my address immediately.

I eagerly await your response.

Note that I will wait until Oct 12, 2022 before contacting a consumer protection agency or seeking other assistance.

Sharaf DG Wrong Information Giving to me about Huawei Matepad 10.4

First of all, I am now at UK and this is my number (+[protected]) if you can contact me on, in addition my UAE number is still working as well.

On the other hand and moving to my issue, please refer to the chronology of it:

1) I have purchased Huawei matepad 10.4 from Sharaf DG on 05/09/2022 (Al Wahda mall branch), and I have asked them if Huawei pencil is working with model or no and they have confirmed that it working with it.

2) Next day, I went to Huawei service centre (in front of Al Wahda Mall Branch) asking them to purchase Huawei pencil, but they have confirmed that the pencil is not working for this model.

3) I have returned back to Sharaf DG due to this incorrect information and in order to return the full device and proceed with the refund as I mainly purchased the tablet for note taking, but they have confirmed that Huawei pencil is supporting this model and refuse to provide me with or to purchase a pencil by themselves to prove that their view as Huawei centre (the Expert) confirmed that model is not supported by pencil.

4) Then, I have submitted a complaint to Sharaf DG and they replied to after one week that this model is supported by the 2nd generation but it needs a special pairing using two type-c output (as advised by UAE Huawei Area Manager).

5) During my search for the pencil, I discovered that the second generation has no type-c output and it is only a magnetic pencil.

Actually, I felt cheating from both party either Sharaf DG or Huawei centre and it is the first time to experience such issue from Sharaf DG noting that I am an old customer at Sharaf DG.

Currently, I am in UK for my master study and I am not using the tablet and looking forward for your fair determination and compensation.
