If you live in Ohio can’t ship med
We signed up for care for our dog today Took pictures and did the required info on the dog. 
Sent in a prescription request and was told in Ohio they can only 14 day supplies and they only sell 30 day supplies so I asked for a refund and was told that is not in our policy. 
So it looks like I’m out $132. Been nice to know their Ohio policy before paying the money.
Recommendation: Save your money if Ohio resident.
Vet care
On January 14th at 9 am I had a video call with an alleged vet Named Angela Cooper. This person would not even attempt to view the issue with my dog, she was late getting on the call.. She was in a hurry to get off the call and basically told me to take my dog to a "regular" vet. Upon disputing the situation with Dutch, They offered a partial refund, keeping $35 as a fee to "operate their platform". Even though they did not provide anything close to adequate care for my dog. This "platform" is a scam and the reviews of other users point that direction.

Prescribed meds take forever to arrive !
What's the sense of using this service when yes you talk to a vet immediately however their shipping process takes forever during which time your pet will suffer and get worse waiting for their prescription to arrive. If they teuely gave a crap about your pet or other pets they treat they would make sure your pets meds were shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible . All they care about is collecting your money !
Recommendation: Don't bother faster to get treatment at your local vet
Vet never showed up for appointment
I had an appointment scheduled and logged into the zoom link 3 minutes before the appointment was scheduled to start. The Vet never showed up. I waited in the Zoom "waiting room" for 40 minutes, before I had to leave for a work meeting. I messaged the Vet 3 times on the online account messages during the time that I waited and didn't get a response until an hour and a half later. By that time I had already received a response from customer service telling me that the Vet had a "system issue" that prevented them from logging in. However when I finally got the message from the Vet, she said "Did you log into the zoom meeting with the link provided?" and then "must have been a technology glitch". No indication that SHE had a system issue as customer service told me. In this day and time, if there was a problem on her end she should have been able to call, text or email me saying so at the time, instead of me wasting 40 minutes of my work day waiting around. There is no excuse for a no show on the Vet's end. Especially when they tell you in the confirmation that the Vet's time is valuable and you will be charged if you miss the appointment. Well, my time is valuable too! What do I get since the Vet missed the appointment?
No Customer Service
I have been trying to contact Dutch for the last few days by email and text and NO ONE has gotten back to me. All I need is for my dog’s prescription to be called in to a nearby pharmacy so I can pick it up today… it would take TWO minutes if even that. I am planning on cancelling my membership soon and just going to his regular vet. It may cost more money but at least it’s quick.

"With prescription medication, over-the-counter therapeutics, and behavior therapy."After signing up, and the vet telling me they can not prescribe, dutch.com informed me they do not provide these services in my state, and that they would not refund my purchase completely, only partially.

So far I dont think much of the site
So far I dont think much of the site. Although they were able to give me a prescription for what I was looking for they didnt tell me, until after I paid the fee for the website and had to call the vet, but they can only prescribe what they have in their own pharmacy and website! Today I set up call to get some advice in five minutes before the call, after Ive been sitting waiting for 25 minutes to have it, I got an email from the person I was supposed to speak with that said they allegedly had a family emergency and could I talk later this week. Its an on-demand service! No I dont want to wait until later this week!

If I could give zero, I would. Trustpilot has this site at 4 stars. Maybe thats bogus too. I set up a video vet call, got zoom set up and waiting, connected promptly, and waited. and waited. and waited. The vet never connected to the zoom meeting in 30 minutes. Then I went to the site to cancel the subscription. When you click cancel, it just tells you to email them to cancel. A hallmark of unscrupulous vendors, to trap people into subscriptions they don't need or want. Super easy to sign up, stupidly difficult to cancel. I will be disputing even the initial charge with my credit card company if they don't refund it, since I never received any service at all.
