I agree with everyone else that this company is terrible and they scam people. It's really difficult to get any response from their customer service. My product is more than a month late and they keep changing the shipping date, blaming the vendor. They said it's impossible to give me a refund and I have to wait for the package to arrive and then return it for a refund. The issue is that it seems like I will never receive this package. I suggest avoiding this company completely because it's not worth lending them money and never getting the product. My experience has been absolutely awful.

I guess I kinda brought this upon myself 'cause I kept ordering from them. At first, things were cool. They communicated decently and the shipping was normal. But after like 6 orders, it all went downhill. I've had packages go missing and they'd be like "we're on it" for weeks before finally giving me a refund. And sometimes, they'd just disappear completely. I supported something in July and it's way past the date they said it would ship, but Drop hasn't said a word. It's been a whole week since I reached out and I haven't heard a peep. I'm so done with this company and I suggest others stay away to avoid the headaches.

Drop has the absolute worst shipping times out of any businesses on the internet. It might take a whole week just to ship an item that's in stock, or it might even stretch out to a whole month. It doesn't matter which shipping speed you choose, it's all the same. Their customer service is the absolute worst, and they're not helpful at all. If you can find the equipment you're looking for somewhere else, I highly recommend buying it from any other place. It's honestly quite sad how they have such a nice selection of audiophile gear and peripherals, but their logistics and customer service team is just the worst. Every time I reach out to them, it feels like nobody cares. It's honestly such a shame. I've decided to take my expensive hobby elsewhere.

I placed an order on 10/19 for a product that's in stock at lots of stores. Got an email saying my order is being processed. Checked back on 11/21 and it still hasn't been shipped. They won't ship it until 12/9. I needed it weeks ago. I get it if it was a pre-order that didn't exist, but I can order it today on Amazon and get it tomorrow (and I've actually done that). Okay, fine, they've had my money for over a month but still haven't shipped it. Can't I just email them to get a refund? Nope! I emailed customer service to cancel the order and they said no and just kept saying the same thing.

This company is really bad, their customer service is terrible. I ordered something and had to wait for months for it to arrive, and when it finally did, they sent me the wrong thing (I should have just paid a bit more and bought it from Amazon). They only offered me a small amount of money back for the overpriced item, or I could send it back at my own expense for a full refund. They didn't even give me the option to get a replacement, even though they eventually sent replacements to other people who complained. They clearly waited until most people accepted the partial refund before offering replacements. When I mentioned this, they just said there was nothing they could do. These scammers are the worst.

This review is quite interesting, and I didn't really wanna write it. The company makes awesome stuff that could totally change how they make and sell audio gear for us regular folks...which they did, but their customer service is just awful and their products are even worse when it comes to reliability. You buy something, enjoy it for a bit, and then it breaks. Massdrop then tells you it's your fault and tries to sell you more stuff through the email you gave them. Don't make the same mistake we all did. If you find something you like on Massdrop, do some research and get a similar thing from any other store. Trust me, you'll have a better time. Honestly, I'm pretty bummed that I supported this company and helped them make money. We have so many other choices as consumers, and honestly, this company isn't worth your time or money.

I wanna talk about this site called Drop.com. They keep deleting my comments that don't have anything to do with their products. It seems like they're run by bots 'cause they just keep deleting any comments that aren't about their stuff. Their customer service isn't helpful at all, and they never respond to complaints. Honestly, it seems pretty sketchy to me. That's probably why they delete my comments. Can someone from there please get in touch with me and explain why they do that? And if they're actually legit, maybe they can fix it 'cause they haven't responded to any of my messages. Thanks.

Drop I ordered somethin' from DROP

I ordered somethin' from DROP. I kept askin' 'em to cancel it, like, so many times. I even said I'd refuse the thing or send it back. I was at the hospital with someone overnight, ya know? And when I got back home, the thing was just sittin' there. So, I started a ticket and asked 'em to let me return the unopened thing. But man, they were so rude about it. I'm disabled and dyslexic, and I just wanted a phone number to call 'cause it's easier for me to talk than to write. But nope, no luck there. I needed that thing, and then they tell me it's gonna take a whole month to get it. Well, I ended up gettin' a cheaper one from Amazon in just 2 days, and it was less than half the price. I've had some good experiences with DROP, but also some real terrible ones. They kinda hinted that we could work on the return once they got the item. This is the last email they sent me...

Drop I bought somethin' from Drop.com on July 7th, and got the package today (July 15th)

I bought somethin' from Drop.com on July 7th, and got the package today (July 15th). They made me pay 'bout 40 bucks on top of the import fees. They said it's a charge from the courier for some "handling fee." But here's the thing, I already paid 15 bucks for shippin' when I checked out. They never mentioned any extra fees durin' the whole checkout and payment process. They even had a message sayin' they were calculatin' taxes, but no taxes or fees were added or mentioned durin' or after the checkout. They didn't even bother to contact me 'bout these fees. The fees were charged by *** and not by Drop, but I still had to pay for delivery to Drop. Drop ain't helpin' me out or explainin' why I got charged.

Drop I'm here to complain about Drop.com

I'm here to complain about Drop.com. They violated my rights by allowing a member to insult me and my family every day, and the Drop admin never does anything about it. Their customer service is terrible and never responds to messages. They automatically delete any comment that doesn't match their opinion and don't allow any suggestions that compete with their products. They also let users insult them without taking any action. New users always come and insult others with usernames like DeadByDayLight1, GFYS69, 6feetUnderGround, and so on. It seems like this person reports every comment from anyone who disagrees with their opinion or suggests something other than their products, which is against the law. I just want to ask the admin why they allowed someone to insult others, spread lies, and call them spambots without any proof. Please take action against that. Thank you.

Drop I got a pair of broken headphones

I got a pair of broken headphones. I thought I'd get a new one after giving them the tracking number and talking to ***. But when I asked for a refund instead, *** sent me a mean email saying they never got it, and I shouldn't have used *** to ship it (I had no other option where I live). They also said I took too long to reply (I was busy). Now they're saying they can't do anything and I have to pay the full $399 for the product. It seems like they can't track stuff sent through other delivery services (***), and based on ***'s response, I'm not sure if they really didn't get it. I've been going back and forth with them, but it looks like I have no choice but to make a big deal out of this. I've attached the receipt and the responses I got. Also, *** told me I can't use another delivery service, which seems fishy to me.

I bought three things from this company - a desk mat came fine, a wrist rest is on the way, and a pack of 110 Cherry MX RGB Mechanical Switches that cost $55. But they messed up and only sent me 90 switches. I told them to send me the other 20 switches, but they won't do it. They only want to give me back $15-20. That might seem okay, but they only sell this item in these amounts: 70 switches for $40, 90 switches for $50, or 110 switches for $55. So the refund doesn't even let me buy the smallest amount. They keep refusing to make it right, and it's making me really mad. Their customer support takes forever to reply (like a whole week), and when they do, they don't fix the problem. It shows they just don't care. I've told them so many times that I just want the rest of my order.

Drop I bought the "1 more triple driver over ear headphone" from the "Drop" website

I bought the "1 more triple driver over ear headphone" from the "Drop" website. The product listing said it had a top-notch "graphene" driver. But when I got the item, the box said it had a "titanium" driver instead. These two types of drivers are very different, with "graphene" being more advanced and expensive. I think I'm the only one who noticed this mistake. I contacted Drop, and after a few weeks, they admitted that it was indeed a "titanium" driver. They said I could get a refund if I returned the product. The headphones sound good, but they would supposedly sound much better with the "graphene" driver they claim to have. I want Drop to adjust the price because of this issue. The person I talked to at Drop is named ***. It's not his fault, but I want a partial refund since I was misled by the product information. Drop Massdrop sent me the wrong item that I purchased

Massdrop sent me the wrong item that I purchased. I have proof with photos and emails. I've been emailing them multiple times from 01/14 to 01/21, and they only responded once on 01/19, which didn't solve the problem. According to Massdrop, they want me to ship back the incorrect item, which costs around $25-35, and I have to pay for the shipping. This means I have to go to the post office and risk getting Covid, wasting my time and money because of their mistake. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company in the past four years, but they haven't been responsive at all. Just look at their feedback. If you want proof, let me know. The representative was also unclear about the process and mentioned a long wait. I thought I would have to wait for three months for another drop, but it turns out that's not the case since the item is still available in their store. They only communicate through email, even though I suggested calling them to resolve the issue. After my initial email and receiving the wrong item, they responded five days later on 01/19 with the following: "Hi Nicholas, This is David from Drop Support. Thank you for contacting us! I sincerely apologize that you received the wrong item and I am happy to help. I was able to take a look here and I see that we currently have limited available inventory of this adapter. Since that is the case, I would be happy to dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice, after you return the adapter to us. I do understand that the wait time for a replacement may not be ideal so please let me know which option works better for you and I can get the process started. I look forward to your response. Best Regards, David." I've followed up multiple times regarding this resolution, but they haven't responded.
