Oysho

I recently visited the Oysho store in Kaunas, Lithuania, to exchange a gift I had received from their online shop. The item didn’t fit me, but I had the original receipt and intended to simply exchange it for something else in-store.

To my surprise, the store assistant told me that they would first need to refund the original purchase, and then I would need to pay again for the new items I chose. That made no sense to me. I wasn’t asking for a refund — I just wanted to exchange a gift.

Having worked for Inditex myself, I know very well that customers have the right to exchange items, including gifts, within 30 days, as long as they have the receipt and the items are in good condition. This policy has always been in place across Inditex brands.

What I experienced instead was completely illogical — they would return the money not to me, but to the original gift buyer, forcing me to pay for my own gift. That’s a frustrating and disappointing way to handle what should be a simple exchange.

Has Oysho changed its return/exchange policy? Or was this just poor service at this specific store?

I expected better from a brand like Oysho. This experience really made me question the level of customer care and professionalism at this location.

So I went to the store to return it and they didn't even want to give me my money back! They said I had to exchange it for something else. I was so mad! But I ended up getting a really cute top instead.

Overall, I think oysho has some cute stuff but you have to be careful with the quality. And their return policy is not the best. But if you find something you like and it's good quality, go for it!

So, I recently bought something from Oysho and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The product was just terrible, I mean, take a look at the picture! And to make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund or replacement, their customer service was just awful. They didn't even try to help me out.

Honestly, I'm so disappointed with Oysho. I thought they were supposed to be a good brand, but this experience has really put me off. I mean, if they can't even provide decent quality products or customer service, what's the point?

I really hope that Oysho takes this feedback seriously and improves their products and services. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I did. It's just not worth it.

Overall, I would not recommend Oysho to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Trust me, it's not worth it.
