I gotta say, my experience with Oysho was not great. I mean, the website looks pretty cool and their Facebook page seems nice, but I wouldn't trust this brand. It's almost like a scam, you know? I was really disappointed.

So, I recently got a pair of compression leggings from Oysho and boy, was I disappointed! The leggings had holes in them and threads hanging out of the seams. I immediately contacted customer service, but the process of getting a return label was a nightmare. Unlike most companies, you can't download a return label from their website. You have to request it, and they made me jump through hoops for it.

First, they insisted that I send photos of the leggings. But their servers only accept a certain size file, so I had to try 4 or 5 times before they finally received the photos. And then, they deemed the photos unacceptable because you couldn't see the label! So, I had to go through the process again. I informed them that under EU law, I have 14 days to send back an item if I don't want it for a full refund. So, why they insisted on the photos made no sense. Whether the leggings were faulty or not, I am still entitled to a full refund. It was such a waste of time, and I couldn't believe it.

I sent my first email on the day I received the leggings, which was on March 16th. It's now April 14th, nearly a month later, and still no sign of my refund. I had to contact them again, and they started the time-wasting process of requesting a photo of my post office receipt from when I returned the item to them. It's really frustrating dealing with this company. I've never encountered anything like it in my life.

The only positive thing I can say is that the delivery time was decent. But, that's not enough to make up for the terrible customer service and faulty products. I spent 43.94 euros on these leggings, and all I have to show for it is a headache. I do not recommend this company or their products whatsoever. If I could give a minus number for the rating, I would.
