So, I recently made a purchase from Chic Couture Online and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. I spent a whopping $99 on a top and earrings, but the quality was seriously lacking. The sewing was so bad that it looked like it was done by a bunch of high school kids. There were strings all over the place and they were coming off left and right.

To make matters worse, I ordered a size 2xl and it was more like a small in USA sizing. I mean, come on! And don't even get me started on the material. It was seriously the cheapest material I've ever seen on both the top and the earrings.

In the end, I ended up giving the top away to one of my tiny students because it was just too small and poorly made. Needless to say, I won't be buying from Chic Couture Online again.

I just got my dress from Chic Couture Online and I was so excited to try it on. But when I put it on, I noticed there were two small holes under the belt. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing it out. So I contacted the company and sent them pictures of the holes.

Their response was really frustrating. They said that I must have done something to the dress because their "quality control department" wouldn't have missed that. But I know for a fact that the holes were under the belt, so there's no way I could have caused them.

I paid extra for an expedited shipping to get items as soon as possible. But unfortunately, they never arrived. Its status on the website shows they have never been shipped. Needless to say, it's been 2 months since I placed the order.
Called them and asked for a refund. They refused. They said that the order was actually shipped but according to their information I was not at home, so it was sent back. I was like whattttt?
I am absolutely sure I didn't get any notifications, no phone calls from drivers or stuff like that. Moreover, if it was true, then what happened to its stats on the website? No, guys. There's something wrong with you. I guess, it was a lie to cover their sneaky a*s from troubles coming from my side...
