Southers Construction Ridge vent in the roof

11/2021 we hired Southers construction to replace our roof. the third Saturday of the month they came to do the work (unannounced) The following Monday Samuel Thorn (project Manager) arrived and saw the roof had been done. He took all the left over material (quite a large amount) and went on his way, Fast forward to 8/2025 we need a new furnace & A/C unit...
