Your person left my package outside in the middle of the night and didn't notify me until the next day. Unfortunately, I have more packages coming with your company, so for future reference, that's not doing your job in an even slightly acceptable fashion. My package never had a chance and they knew that, I'm in a visibly bad neighborhood.

The image is the "confirmation" picture I recieved the next day. He left it in a window, what the [censored]?

Claimed loss: 7 dollars and hours of my time

Desired outcome: Compensation and acknowledgement that my other packages coming arent going to get the same treatment.
