I purchased 15 individual four for $25 Animal Feedings. I had already previously used 2 of them. Yesterday I went to SeaWorld Orlando with two printed copies to use. When you redeem it prints 4 separate feedings. I went with one piece of paper and presented the SeaWorld ref with one paper for a printout of 4 feedings. The associate at guest services took upon herself to start printing my remaining ones. I stopped her but she had already printed 24 feedings. I did not look to see once printed that the feedings show only valid for that day. After leaving the park I noticed I had 17 extra feedings that now expired that I did not ask to be printed in the first place. I called the SeaWorld customer service and asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was not at all experienced to had that role and ultimately hung up on me. I called back was told if I gave my order number that I would get a manager but instead was transferred to a line to give a survey. I have now spent like an hour on the phone with no resolution. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Does anyone know what legal actions I could take
