I was originally booked for Scoot Flight TR513 on 2 July, 2025 at 7:40 PM. I received an email regarding my flight time has been changed from 7:40 PM to 3:30 PM. I arrived at Singapore from Amritsar, India at around 12:30 AM. I had to wait 9 hours at the airport to connect with my next flight to Vancouver, Canada by Air Canada AC 020 at 9:10 AM on 3 July, 2025. I am a wheelchair person and cannot sit and wait for 9 hours at the airport. I asked an agent at the airport if I could get a hotel, I cannot sit for 9 hours. A Scoot Airline agent took me on my wheelchair to the hotel located inside the airport. I stayed for there for about 5 hours and paid SG$217.00. I submitted my claim to Scoot Airlines and they refused to reimburse. When we make changes in the booking, we do pay penalty and fare difference but when airline make changes, they don't want to pay us. This is injustice and very unfair. I humbly request Complaints Board to please look into my issue very seriously and help me out getting me reimbursed amount of SG$217.00. Thank you.
