I'm Geethapriya ,  a final year  undergraduate student pursing my Medicine in Jiangsu province. I'm also a frequent krisflyer member holding a valid US visa and a Chinese residence permit  and have used your airlines multiple times since 2019 . This email will bring to your kind attention about some harassements which includes verbal abuse, rude and harsh comments and verbally thrown out like literal beggars in front of other boarding passengers and being denied boarding passes and made to cancel my onward flights and had to pay double the amount of money that accounts to 8000cny 

 December 24th 2023 at around 1 to 2 : 30 pm, I had to depart to Singapore to catch a connecting flight to India for my Christmas vacations with my family.

1. There was an agent working on that day whose name I'm unaware of he shouted aggressively and rudely using a harsh tone at me and my relative cousin saying "  Step aside and cancel your flights we will not allow you to board the flight and you will have to cancel your flight and your onward flight too!" 

2. Shocked at his behaviour I spoke to him in fear and fright, I showed my live US visa, my onward boarding passes and I even told him that I do not require any transit visa as I'm not a transit passenger and have a connecting flight within or less than 24 hours, to which he kept on shouting and shouting at me and my relative. 

3. Two female passengers, had nowhere to stay on a winter night in Nanjing,  no food, no shelter and no warmth.

4. My relative who was with me that day was seriously hurt,  both mentally and emotionally and started crying as she and I  felt  we were being racially abused due to colour.

4. I have complained the scoot support but they have invariably taken the side of the abuser (agent) who has given misinformation and misguided the investigation.

5. As a free citizen I claim that my human rights have been violated by your staff and I have been made to pay an amount of 8000 rmb, when I held all accountable documents .

6. Reminding the airlines that I'm not an object the owes anything to the airlines and I had to be treated rightly like a civilized citizen which I did not receive and I need relief measures to compensate my financial loss  that happened that day.

7. Numerous email, numerous complaints and no response and no justice for the rightly deserving passenger. Please check your cctv cameras to check on the behaviour staged by him (the abuser) 

Please pay for my emotional, mental torture and racist comments that I underwent, I'm Deeply hurt inside and its affecting my well being, it was a spine chilling torture I was put through 

Also I do not need online apology that you and I am certain has no value. 

My family is forcing me to take legal action through the Civil aviation grievance portal as an international passenger in my country since I was subjected to racial discrimination and made out to pay a heavy amount this in order will  get me the justice I rightly owe.

I  bring to your kind notice that Im a frequent scoot flyer from the past 5 years and I  have not received this type of racist humiliation ever. The airline agent raised his voice in a very abusive way against a single girl and spoke to me in a very rude and inappropriate manner, it shook me down the spine as I was shivering in the bare cold as he continued scolding and shouting at me in front of all other passengers and I quote "step aside we cannot give boarding passes you will miss both your flights"  for absolutely no fault of mine. This incident was very mentally torturing  and has impacted in a huge financial loss of over 8000 cny (the proof of all my tickets, bullet trains both my flights that were missed, my valid US visa, schengen Staten visa and my onward boarding passes) all of which has been sent to the scoot complaint box mail. 

Assuming that my travel would be smooth and enjoyable I had booked scoot airlines and all the documents and proof has been submitted for the same. As a student  it is not in my capacity to get the name of the scoot official involved as I was in such a traumatic situation having lost both flights incurred heavy financial losses running from pillar to post suffering 2 nights in the cold and harsh winter without food water and shelter. This was really a racial discrimination and a mental harassment for girl passengers like myself that I did not expect. Furthermore you can proceed with your investigations and provide the compensation and relief that the airlines rightly owes me. If I do not get justice I am constrained to take up the matter legally.

Claimed loss: Compensate 8000 RMB

Desired outcome: Compensate the financial loss I incurred amounting to 90000 INR
