airline staff attitude
My sister had taken a flight to Malaysia Ipoh by Scoot Flight. However, when she need to using self check in machine and found out that more than 4 machine is not working. Also, that machine can't verify her pass port as well and need to take long Q to look for the assistant to check in. We had asking to the Scoot staff about this problem and the answer is very disappointed "he don't know".
Please kindly consider of this issue.
Hope your will understand it was not only one people loss the time.

preassigned prepaid seats taken away w/o refund
Scoot or FlyScoot does not respect their own prepaid preassigned seats allocation.

Prebooked-PrePaid seats 14E, and 14F were simply taken away & re-assigned to others !
This is SCOOT outrageous non-sensible reply:
"This circumstance really cannot be avoided as some of our guests have pre-assigned their seats. As such we regret that we are unable to accede with your refund request.".
Cancellation of the flight caused the loss of the next flight
we bought ticket from Flyscoot for Hangzhou Singapore on Mar, 5th, 2016. Unfortunately Flyscott cancel the flight on Mar 5th. 2016 and reschedule to Mar, 6th, 2016. We already bought the next flight from Singapore to Jakarta and Singapore to Semarang (we are 3 persons from Indonesia - Jakarta and Semarang). That's why we will lose out ticket then. We complaint to Flyscoot, but Flyscoot don't want to refund us in cash or compensate our ticket from singapore to jakarta/semarang. They only can refund us in voucher travel, which useless for us. We already escalated this but no change in response. We cannot believe that Flyscoot can do thing like this that made the customer take the loss because of their own decision to reschedule the flight.
