Me and my wife ordered swimsuits from Sanctuarie Designs in Feburary. I called and talked to someone because we needed them by a certain date, and when I finally got ahold of someone, she sent them right away. When we got the suits, they were poorly made, barely together, and huge! So I sent them back, asking for a smaller size for both suits. Well, that was 3 months ago, and I ain't heard nothing from the woman who runs this site, about my exchanged suits, or my money back. Now, I want a full refund for the items, because this is a huge inconvenience on myself and my wife. I was looking forward to the suit being the same quality as I have had in the past from the same person. The suits are poorly made with very little effort at this time, and she has no voicemail either, nor will she work with you on any issues.

I sent back the stuff cuz it was crap. They won't give me my money back. I called and they said a boss would email me but I ain't heard nothing yet. I got a pants set for a show and it was a hot mess when it came. The seams were all wonky, the top was way too big and all lumpy. The sleeves were like 8 inches too long and the pants didn't fit right at the top. The fabric was so thin I couldn't even wear it on stage. I sent it back right away with UPS and asked for my money back. They got it on March 26 but I ain't heard nothing from them. I called on April 3 and they said I can't get my money back cuz it was on sale. They said a boss would email me but I still ain't heard nothing. They don't have no way for me to check my account on their website so I gotta wait for them to tell me if I can use the store credit they gave me. I don't think I'll use this site again cuz the stuff was so bad. The store credit ain't no good to me. I spent $139 and I just want my money back. My order number is XXXXX. Thanks!
