Bought refrigerator in July 2025, it was defective. They replaced with an e coup. The second one was worse. The extremely loud alarm was going off every 60 seconds, cold air blowing from freezer gasket, lights not working, and motor making scary noises.
Samsung would only offer another e coup and only after the refrigerator was delivered to their warehouse, which would have left me without one at all. I therefore had to purchase another refrigerator. Now
Samsung won't give me a refund.
This has been 9 months of many long pone calls to no avail.
