I contacted your online Customer Support - who were really excellent. Bravo for this. They connected me with Liptronics - who I found online. And their email. (Should you retain them as a Partner - they need Online Help - but I am not sure they are capable of handling this.)

After I had emailed Liptronics, I finally got through and spoke to Kaylin. SHe gave me her email and that of Mr Speedo. Was busy with a client.

I called back after 15 minutes. Mr Speedo still busy with a client. All I wanted to know was a) do you have the part. b) how much.

No response to any of my emails (even till now - 8. hours later)

I called again at 1pm (Lunch time. ). Spoke to Niels - "I will reply Now Now -- which in Africanspeak means -- maybe later.

All the time, I am trying to explain to these Capetonians - that I am calling from outside South Africa. It is costing me to speak to you - to just get an ANSWER.

I call again - 20 times -- No response.

I get through to Kaylin at 330pm (EAT) - wait for Mr Speedo. Three minutes - and no Mr Speedo. So I send ANOTHER email. Please just tell me if you have the part.

No reply.

I called them on +27 (21) 911 -226 first at 9.33 (EAT Time 8.33 CAT)). Infact I was chatting with your Customer service person at the time, and she said they open at 9am.

I called again at 08.54 CAT
Again from 10.21 CAT to 10.32 CAT - no reply
Again from 12.24 to 12.48 CAT - no reply

At 14.20 CAT - I was put on hold for 3 minutes - then I sent an email

At 14.47 I tried again

At 15.32 I tried again

Then I contacted Customer Support and asked for a company in Gauteng.

Was told they had a Whatsapp - but no one was responding. SO I called. The number I was given
"Does not Exist" . Was given another. Called and held on for 7 minutes - was put through to the Manager. He promised to get in touch before end of day. Will update you.

This Samsung dealer (Liptronics) is letting you down. Shed them. Your image is much too important.

Hi I would like to get some assistance regarding some damage that Liptronics has caused on my Tv and are now deliberately not taking our calls nor responding to our emails. I was advised by Game stores at Promenade Mall, Cape Town to take my tv there for repairs. We soon did and they gave us a quotation of R4500 to fix a 49” Samsung UDH flat screen Tv. We decided to withdrew and cancel the whole repair procedure before that was a lot of money just to fix a tv. Initially the tv was sent out for repairs because there was a slight shade on the center of the screen and they had advised that it was caused by loadsheding. I arranged to collect the tv back from them and immediately after switching the tv on after my arrival at home, The screen was dark/ blank and looked like the LCD had cracked! Obviously this had happened at the hands of Liptronics. The tv was perfectly fine before it was sent to Liptronics just the little issue with the shade. Now it’s completely ruined. I would like them to Atleast help use restore the tv back to its initial state. We have entrusted them to do a good job. I would never imagine Samsung would ever do something like this especially to its loyal customer, all our appliances are from Samsung as home but yet we cannot receive any better service from them. We are extremely disappointed at Sumsang and how can they partner with such irresponsible, unprofessional and dishonest people like Liptronics? Samsung which is such a big brand. Where can we lay complaints and take this issue further so that it can be resolved?
