I've purchased some beauty products from SamsBeauty website and never received anything. And the worst part here is that they still have my money!
So I waited for about two weeks and decided to contacted SamsBeauty to see what was going on with my order. They said that my order was shipped. I demanded a tracking number but they said they did not have one. What?
Gave them some extra weeks and finally asked for a refund. They replied very rudely and said that they will not refund me because my order was already shipped. They also said that it was not their problem that shipping company was so slow. They never helped me!

This company said post office delivered and when I advised I did NOT receive any of the items they said they wouldn't do anything about it until I opened a claim with the post office.

I did as instructed, provided them with a claim number and they said once I hear back from the post office then they'll respond accordingly.

Um, no! 1 the post office said they could only handle the case with the person that bought the insurance for the shipment (meaning this damn company). 2 I've been a seller myself and I believe you should try to work with the customer at all possible.

I did everything that was asked and they wouldn't even consider reshipping the items and then dealing with the post office themselves or refund me minus shipping!

Yes, I didn't even ask for a full refund!

I have a feeling they actually never sent it to me, but sent to another address or something and just took my money.

I have purchased several packs of hair from www.samsbeauty.com and when few day later I went online to check the status of my order it was still processing. I contacted their customer service and was told that it usually takes up to 5 days to ship the order. I still had some time before my vacation, so I thought that there was nothing to worry about. But 5 days later my order was not shipped it was still processing and they told that they need additional 5 days to ship it! I said that I have no time and asked for a refund, but they refused. Absolutely ridiculous and I don't want to deal with these guys ever again!

I ordered two wigs from the company www.samsbeauty.com. I was disappointed, so I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them. I got awful quality wigs and the seller refused to provide money back. It was the worst experience. He replied in rude manner and behaved like real jerk. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide bad-quality things. Please post your comments about this company.

Don’t buy from the website www.samsbeauty.com. I ordered wig from them, but after I paid for it, I haven’t received any news. I went back to the website and checked the status, but it was in process. After several days the situation was the same. I tried to reach the customer services, but no one replied. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
