Samsbeauty.com Mixed Experience with Sams Beauty: Frustration with Customer Service and Shipping Confirmation

I recently made an order with Sams Beauty and had a bit of trouble trying to change the color of one of the wigs I had selected. I decided to give them a call and left a message, but unfortunately, they didn't get back to me within the promised timeframe of one day. I tried calling three more times, but all I got was the answering service. Frustrated, I left a message stating that I would be contacting PayPal. Finally, someone called me back!

The girl on the phone told me that my order had shipped out the day before and that I should receive it the following day. She also claimed that they had sent me a shipping confirmation the day before, but I knew that was a lie because I hadn't received anything. I told her this, and she said she would resend it. Eventually, I did receive the shipping confirmation, and it stated that my order had been shipped that day.

I like to shop around for the best prices, but I don't appreciate it when a company doesn't have what they're advertising. It's misleading and a waste of time. And if a company can't honor its policies, then why bother being in business? It seems like some companies will send the wrong wigs or poor quality wigs and then give the customer a hard time when they try to return the items, just so they can keep the money.

Overall, my experience with Sams Beauty was frustrating, but I did eventually receive my order. I just wish they had been more responsive to my messages and had been more honest about the shipping confirmation. I'm not sure if I'll shop with them again in the future, but I'll definitely be more cautious.

Samsbeauty.com Disappointing Experience with Sam's Beauty: Billing and Shipping Address Verification Issues

So, I decided to give Sam's Beauty a try and placed an order on their website. However, I received an email saying that they couldn't verify my order because the billing and shipping addresses were different. I was a bit confused because I've ordered from other reputable vendors before and they've always allowed me to send my orders to a different address without any issues. The email instructed me to fax a copy of my utility bill to verify my address, but I didn't feel comfortable doing that. So, I decided to call their customer service number to see if they could help me out.

Unfortunately, I missed the one call that I received from a customer service representative. I tried calling back several times to follow up, but I never got a response. I also sent an email to their sales address asking for verification that my order would be cancelled and a refund issued, but I haven't received a reply yet. At this point, I'm starting to think that this might be a scam site.

I'm really disappointed with my experience with Sam's Beauty. I was excited to try out some of their products, but now I'm just frustrated and out of pocket. I'm going to have to take action with my bank to try and get my money back. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

Samsbeauty.com Sams Beauty Review: Unfair Restocking Fee Policy and Poor Customer Service

I put in an order on November 29th, 2018 from Sams Beauty (samsbeauty.com). I was pretty excited to receive my package, but for some reason, it was delivered and then sent back to the company without me knowing or giving permission. I've been trying to get my refund ever since.

What really grinds my gears is that if I had returned it myself, then sure, take out the return fees. But I didn't even receive the package in the first place! Now, trying to get my refund is just another headache.

I finally got my refund, but they took out 40% for restocking and returns. That's just straight up robbery, if you ask me. The Bible talks about honest business practices and treating others how you want to be treated. This is the second time this has happened to me with THIS company, and it definitely won't be happening again.

I won't lie, they do have some good products that I really liked. I even overlooked some faulty products I received from them before. But this restocking fee is just ridiculous, especially for someone like me who doesn't make a lot of money. Losing that much to a company like this is just not worth it.

Samsbeauty.com Sams Beauty: Misleading Advertisements and Poor Customer Service

So, I just got an email from Sams Beauty and they said that the item I ordered is out of stock. I'm not too sure about it though, because I emailed their customer service about my order and they didn't say anything about it being out of stock. It's been 6 days since I placed my order and my money has already been taken out of my card. Why would they take my money if the item isn't even available? It's not cool to advertise something that isn't in stock and make customers wait for days without any explanation. They should just be honest and tell us that the item isn't available yet. I had to email them to get any kind of response. I've never shopped online before and I didn't expect it to take this long to process my order. I mean, a day or two is understandable, but not days without any communication from the seller. Now, I have to wait another 2-10 days to get my refund. Luckily, I already ordered the hair from somewhere else and I haven't set up my hair appointment yet. This was going to be my first and last purchase from Sams Beauty. I'm just really disappointed with their "business."

Samsbeauty.com Disappointing Experience with Sams Beauty: Hidden Fees and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, Sams Beauty ain't it. I had a $200 order and I wanted to make sure I got it, so I called up their customer service line. They told me I could get a signature confirmation delivery for $7-$14 extra, which I was cool with. So I placed my order with ground shipping and called back to confirm the signature thing. But then they hit me with the news that it's actually gonna be $21 because I have to pay for shipping on top of the signature thing. Like, what? My order was over $60 so I should've gotten free shipping, but apparently not anymore because of the signature thing. When I asked the manager why they changed the quote, they gave me some BS about not liking to quote over the phone and how I "forced" the rep to give me a quote. Like, what kind of excuse is that? I told them I'd pay $14 but I wasn't gonna pay an extra $7 for shipping that I should've gotten for free. But they wouldn't budge, so I took my business elsewhere. It's a shame because I'm all about supporting local and black-owned businesses, but they gotta support us too. Sams Beauty lost a $200 sale over $7, smh. I'm gonna find a different company to order from next time.

Samsbeauty.com Sams Beauty Review: Rude Customer Service & Unnecessary Hassle with Billing & Shipping Addresses

So, I heard some people talking about how the lady on the phone at Sams Beauty can be a bit rude sometimes. But, when I called, she wasn't rude to me. However, I did get a bit of an attitude vibe from her. So, I can totally see why people are saying that if you irritate her, she'll have a major attitude.

My issue with Sams Beauty is that they don't allow first-time users to have a different billing and shipping address. They say it's to prevent scams, but I don't understand how it could be a scam if you've already bought the products and just want them shipped somewhere else. The lady on the phone told me that I had to send in proof of my billing address, like a picture of a form. She didn't even mention the restocking fee that some people are talking about.

If you do end up canceling your order, it takes 3-10 business days to get your money back. And, if you don't cancel, it takes 3-8 business days for delivery. I'll update this review when I actually receive my packages.

But, honestly, a lot of people don't have the same billing and shipping address. So, this whole thing seems like a major unnecessary hassle. I had to call them after I realized what was happening and why my order hadn't been shipped yet. They didn't reach out to me or anything. I sent in my order on Monday and today is Wednesday. I'm not going to get it until next week.

Overall, I'm not super impressed with Sams Beauty. The lady on the phone wasn't rude to me, but I can see why people are saying that she can be. And, the whole billing and shipping address thing is just a major hassle. I hope my packages arrive soon and that they're worth the trouble.

Samsbeauty.com Smooth sailing until a snag: My frustrating experience with Samsbeauty.com's customer service

I've been ordering from Samsbeauty.com for a while now and it's been pretty smooth sailing. However, my last purchase in October 2015 hit a bit of a snag. The package didn't have my apartment number on it, which was a bummer. I tried calling customer service, but couldn't get through, so I sent an email instead. I explained the situation and asked what I needed to do to get my products. They got back to me and said that the package had already been returned to them. They gave me two options: pay an extra $12 for them to ship it back to me, or get a refund within 10 business days minus a restocking fee. I decided to go for the refund.

But here's where things got a little frustrating. More than 10 business days passed and I still hadn't received my refund. I sent another email, following up on the previous one. They replied and said that they didn't have my package and that I'd have to wait until it was returned before they could process my refund. I finally got confirmation from the post office that the package was returned to them in January. It's now the end of April and I still haven't received my refund. I reached out to them again tonight and I'm hoping they'll resolve the issue soon. I'm still optimistic that I'll get my refund without any further hassle, but it's not good business to take six months to sort out a problem.

I've never had any issues with their products, and I was planning on being a regular customer. But when things go wrong, it shouldn't take half a year to fix it. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's important to handle them in a timely manner.

Samsbeauty.com Poor Customer Service and Return Policy at Samsbeauty - Not Recommended

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Samsbeauty. I sent them an email asking about the color of a wig on their website, and they got back to me with the wrong color. I even forwarded the email to their manager, Tammy, and she was no help at all. She said my email didn't even mention the color they gave me, but I know for a fact that it did. I even pointed out that the color I was looking for was on their website, but she just hung up on me.

To make matters worse, when I asked about returning the wig, they said I had to wait 2-3 business days for some kind of process before they could even give me a return label. I mean, come on, I've already been inconvenienced enough by their mistake. But nope, they wouldn't budge.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. They don't seem to care about their customers at all. And if you do end up having to return something, don't expect any kind of compensation. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Samsbeauty.com Disappointed with Sams Beauty: Missing Item and Insulting Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Sams Beauty. I mean, they're not terrible, but they definitely have some issues. I was reading through some of the negative comments and it seems like a lot of people have had problems with them. But I decided to give them a shot anyway.

I placed an order on July 18th and I gotta say, the shipping was pretty fast. I got my stuff on July 21st, which was nice. I ordered five things, but only got four. I wasn't too worried about it, I figured maybe the missing item was coming in a separate package.

So I wrote to them and let them know what was up. They got back to me pretty quickly and said they were going to look into it. They asked me to send pictures of the box and the dimensions, which was a little annoying but I did it anyway.

Then today, July 26th, I got an email from them saying that they denied my missing item claim. They said that the weight of the package was consistent with what left the warehouse. What the heck does that even mean? Are they saying that I got the missing item? That's ridiculous! I didn't get it, and I'm insulted that they would even suggest that I did.

Look, I know it's only $14.99, but that's still my money. I worked hard for it and I paid for that item. I'm not going to just let them get away with this. I'm more upset about the fact that they accused me of getting the item than I am about losing the money.

Honestly, I wish I had been recording when I opened the box. I would have had proof that the item wasn't there. I'm definitely not going to be buying from them again.

Samsbeauty.com Alexis is a sorry manager. She needs to be fired she doesn't know how to handle situations. She thinks she owns the company and she's just a manager.

Alexa is a horrible manager. She doesn't have any kind of communication skills all I needed was my package return to me. I've already paid for it in full all. She had to do is reissue it but instead of doing that she wants to teach a lesson she wants to prove or make me an example charging me. $25 to receive my items. It didn't cost $25 to send them to me but yet and still this is her way of running the company that she does not own she's. A manager in a sorry one at. That

Samsbeauty.com Never received conformation email or tracking number

I've never placed an order from this website before. and I genuinely trusted it because I saw others purchasing from it, and it worked without any issues. Nevertheless, I'm disappointed because it's been four days since I placed my order and I haven't received any email updates on my delivery.

I only had $50, so I chose to spend it on this website. I just want my stuff, please :(

February 13 was my birthday and I placed an order. I called but it was outside of the business hours. I called the next minute they opened. 7 different times I went from being the 1st caller in line to the 5 caller in line. I didn’t get a representative until 30 mins! I explained I used my birthday coupon and I called once I made the error however, ya’ll only open the next day at 9am! She said they order in less than 12hours already began processing and the only thing she could do is cancel! Meanwhile, the website don’t offer customers an option to cancel online! I expected her to accommodate my birthday reward and if I canceled make sure I’m not spending more money for the same items! SHE SAID SHE WILL NOT. I asked to speak with a manager she said “I am the manager ma’am” and, “she added the owner doesn’t speak to customer”. I explained I have spent over $900 in 4 months and I don’t feel valued or it’s unprofessional to say the owner doesn’t speak to customers. Ruined my birthday!

Desired outcome: I want the items I anticipated on purchasing for the price minus my birthday reward but now I don’t feel comfortable shopping

Samsbeauty.com Andis Blade Pivot Pro 0.1mm

I came to Sam's Beauty Warehouse to purchase a T-OUTLINER REPLACEMENT BLADE on Oct.24 2022 time 11:51 54 am,the salesperson LILLIANA match the wrong blade to my T-OUTLINER,which were the Pivot Pro,I got the blade home and took the old blade off and noticed it was the wrong one,tried to return it for the correct one and was told it could not and would not be exchanged because it was not the sales person's fault all I wanted was to get the correct one and pay the difference,instead I was told I had to keep it and pay full price for the correct one,instead I crushed it and put it in the garbage decided to take my business somewhere else.

Desired outcome: I have already received the outcome,just read the complaint.

Samsbeauty.com A product I order was not the same amount as the 2nd bottle I order.

My order was made to Sams beauty on September 3 2022. The total amount was 50.66. I order 2 containers of Touch Down color edge control, 2 wigs and 7 wig caps. My Order No. is #[protected]. One of the bottles looks likes it's been temper with. It's not the same amount of the other bottle. It looks like it's been smooth out . I would like for you to replace my bottle with a new one I would be happy to return the unused bottle for a new one. I appreciate doing business with this company. thank you for your services.

Samsbeauty.com Shipping

I order something on the 9/2/22. I was told my shipping would be 3 to 6 business day. I'm order was still being process on the 8th. I order hair for my birthday thinking I was going to get it by the 14th. I called customer service the only thing she told me was I order after hours. I order at like 3 pm my time. Definitely don't get that but whatever. Then she said it was a holiday on Mon 4th. I understand but why my order didn't start get process until the 8th.Then the sales rep said maybe it will be shipped out on the 9th so you don't even know when it will ship out. There shipping is horrible. I had to find the hair somewhere else so very inconvenient to me

Samsbeauty.com Hair Products

I ordered hair products April 13 and never received them. I got a tracking number but UPS stated they lost the package and filed a claim for it. Being as SamsBeauty is the shipper they will get the money from the claim. I emailed and called the company several times but they refuse to refund my money or resend the package. They basically stole $90.00 from me.

Desired outcome: I want my money refunded.

Samsbeauty.com Hot & hotter hooded dryer and 2 face masks (order#[protected])

I received an email confirmation that order was shipped on 06-11-2020 (#[protected]). My ups tracking #1z5932900399565168 can't be tracked. Your customer service# gives an automated message "temporarily out of service". If I don't get an email letting me know the status of my order after 7 days of being shipped, I will take further action.
If this company is a scam, you should be ashamed of yourself!
I'm patiently awaiting and email with the status of my order!

Samsbeauty.com unreliable company

Seriously! This is a joke! I want my money back!
I have been trying to get my refund for two months.
It all started with my purchase at the end of October. I ordered several items and even got a tracking info, however, as I found out a little bit later, it was a false information and nothing was sent at all.
My items were on back order so I asked my money back, I wasn't going to wait forever for them to be available again as I needed them urgently. No one even wanted to listen. Still no money, no response. Stay away, don't waste your money.

Samsbeauty.com Shipping

I am extremely disappointed with Samsbeauty, they have very poor service and shipping is ridiculous! I paid extra money for fast and safe delivery and as a result it took over three weeks to get my order and half of it arrived damaged!
When I contacted Samsbeauty support service and complaint about what happened they simply did nothing. They did not even apologize, and when I asked for a partial refund they did not reply.
I will not buy from this store ever again and of course I would never recommend it to anyone. They simply don't respect their customers!

Samsbeauty.com Order wasn't shipped

I bought some makeup products from SamsBeauty over a month ago. After two weeks of waiting I contacted them to find out about my order status and they said that my order was pending. It was already two weeks and my order wasn't even shipped. They said there was nothing to worry about and asked me to be more patient. One week later I contacted them again and was told hat my order was still in process but almost ready for shipping. Then I asked them to cancel my order and give my money back and they agreed pretty easily. Since then they did not reply to my messages and I didn't get any information about the refund! This company is terrible, please don't buy from them! I want to get my money back and I can't do anything until they reply! What a joke!
