I love the new ice queen and sunfire eyeshadow pallette the colors are so colorful and blend better. Although the sunfire the glitter pigment falls out which kinda bothers me but its still purty

My shopping experience with Huda Beauty was absolutely terrible, like the worst ever. I placed an order on their website about a month ago, and let me tell you, it has been a complete nightmare. I tried to stay patient, but it was hard when I had to constantly reach out to customer service for updates. They finally got back to me and said my order would be delayed. I was like, "Okay, fine, I can deal with that." All I wanted was a confirmation that I would eventually receive my full order, and they assured me that I would.

Well, after waiting for what felt like an eternity, I finally received a package from them. But guess what? It only contained three items out of the many I had ordered. Can you believe it? I was shocked and disappointed. And to make matters worse, I received an email stating that the rest of my order had been cancelled. Can you imagine how frustrated I was? They didn't even bother to inform me beforehand. It's like they just decided to randomly cancel part of my order without any explanation.

I had to take matters into my own hands and contact customer service again. I'm 100% certain that if I hadn't reached out to them, they would have completely forgotten about my case. It's just not right, you know? A company should be reliable and trustworthy, but Huda Beauty has proven to be the complete opposite. If you want to receive your entire order in a timely manner, I highly recommend going with Anastasia instead. Trust me, you'll save yourself a lot of frustration.

I am never, ever going to shop with Huda Beauty again. They have lost my trust and my business. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment. So, take my advice and steer clear of this untrustworthy company.

I ordered from Huda Beauty during the Black Friday sale in '21, and when my package arrived around December 8th, I noticed that one item was missing. I immediately contacted customer service and they asked for pictures of the package and the delivery note (the missing item wasn't even there). They agreed that I could either receive the item or get a refund. I decided to go with receiving the missing item, hoping it would be resolved quickly. However, I soon realized that nothing was happening and I wasn't receiving any shipping notifications. I reached out for an update twice, but the responses I received were always very vague, like "we don't know when it will be shipped" (why is an open order such an irrelevant topic?!?!). This started to become quite annoying, so at the beginning of January, I contacted them again and chose the refund option. They assured me that it would happen within 48 hours, but then it would take up to 14 days for the money to appear in my bank account. Can you believe it? After the 14 days, there was still no sign of the refund. I reached out once more and they promised to look into the issue and get back to me. Honestly, I didn't expect such a disappointing experience. Huda Beauty used to be my absolute favorite brand, and this issue could have been resolved in just 5 days, but instead, it was handled so poorly. I had to make a promise that they'll never hear from me again (once I get my money back). And all of this happened after I reached the "legend" status in their loyalty program. If this is how "legends" are treated, I can't say I'm proud of how much money I've spent on their products. I'm extremely, extremely disappointed.

I checked with the Neighbors as well about the package and they haven’t received as well.

I’m unhappy about the delivery as it took too long to get delivered to me and on top of that my order is missing!

I would please request you issue me a refund as I’m no longer interested in the product.
