On 11/29th I was holding a flyer with an item #[protected] Monster Vision$199.88 thatI could buy in your store. Not being a member yet, I was obligated to be a member in order to buy that unit for the flyer price. Got to the cash register and the store could not honor the flyer price cause I bought ittoo early compared to the flyer to the flyer date, so that store told me to come back for the $30 dollar difference later on. Which I did yesterday 12/27 into the same store. I explained the situation to Asley Marchetti andshe started reluctantly the process and confused me totally at the end by saying that I did not bought the same unit which in fact its only one unit and was very rude and the worst part now is I am holding a receipt that shows she refunded me in cash the whole unit (money that I did not get yesterday), the fact is I paid through my credit card. Now I m not sure what to do with the item now. How can I return it and get my full refund?
