I have the Sams Club credit card and the Sams club membership card in December 2019 they renewed my membership Card Plus card and charged my car $100.05 and I called to downgrade it to the regular membership and they advised me they would downgrade me & give me a refund and they did, however when I went to the Sams Club I was charged a second time my membership although I had already paid.At the club store they stated that they couldn't see the auto renewal because it was done online. I then went home and got Sams club Sychrony bank on the phone with a member from Sams club at the above location and they told them they had to refund my money because I had already paid.The associate told the lady to credit my account and that I would still stay active.The lady from synchrony bank advised the associate if she gives me credit it will cancel my membership and the associate Sherry said that it wouldn't cancel my membership well it did end up cancelling it, but they still have my $45.00.I called three times already trying to deal with this same issue.It feels like no one at Sams Club knows how to do there job correctly.Now after work I have to go up to the store and drive 30 minutes a second time to try and get this resolved which I have zero faith that they are going to fix it correctly because they have manager to screw things up.I am a very upset customer and this is very poor, unprofessional service!
