For a few months, I have placed 3 separate orders of the same item through the Sam's Club website. Sam's Club consistently accepted my money after each and every purchase. After waiting patiently for the order for at least 2-3 weeks' time, Sam's Club cancels the order. In the meantime, I've made a purchase to enhance the items I was expecting such as a longer charging cable from another source. The third and last time was more aggravating because I was certain Sam's Club was going to deliver my purchase--like a contract exchange. It's called Offer and Acceptance: Sam's Club offered a product, as a customer I accepted, then solidified the contract by offering my money which Sam's Club accepted. Understand how this works, Sam's Club? To add insult to injury, Sam's Club offered an extended warranty plan on the product for an additional fee. I accepted the offer. Then I offered money for the extended warranty, and Sam's Club accepted. Today, 9/10/2026, Sam's Club had the audacity to send me an email to tell me that my cancellation of my order was a "confirmation" and implied that the cancellation was at my request. This is not only horrible customer service, Sam's Club; it is also bad business. This service is so bad it doesn't even deserve a single star. I was forced to give it a single star because was a requirement by this Sam's Club software. Pathetic!
Recommendation: Do not order anything from Sam's Club. If the item you want is not available or at the warehouse, buy it from Costco or another retailer or wholesaler.
