Sam's Club review: 2 bakery departments, 2 different cities

Good evening,

I would like to pass on some information that I found irritating and not centered around good customer service. On 10/2/23 around 6pm I called Sam's Club bakery in Sherwood Ar. After ringing 2 dozen times an employee picked up and said hello. I aske if they had chocolate pies in bakery and she said no. I asked if I could order one and she said no. I explained I saw them on web. She checked with someone and came back and said no. I was willing to drive 25 miles to the Little Rock store but, before I did that drive I wanted to make sure they had them. Same experience again. I explained their website there showed in store pick up only. She said we don't have them. I asked maybe if the website meant frozen pies? She put me on hold and came back and said "yep we got em".

These were back to back phone calls, geezers maybe they are related who knows? I'm thinking maybe you should drop the telephone numbers from the website. It seem they are a little clueless. I ordered 5 pie from another vendor. The chocolate Silk pie at Sam's is one of the best.
