Dear Customer Service,
PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE MY COMPLAINT.
IT IS A BAD DISCRIMNATE FEELING IN THIS BRANCH.
I had a bad experience in your Grove Park branch lewisham store today in london.
Baring Road store in south east london.
If feels like a personal attack towards me and my two children.
im not sure if its to much gossip to who they have noted who is good and who isnt in the community when i go in the store.
it feels like the manager has their own rules and orders
because its local and not based in a rich city area.
where they can clearly not get ware with this of type of manner.
so they can get away with bad customer service.
But shouldnt every branch be the same?
And Wednseday 14th january your sydenham branch south east london.
Also i had to call up your call centre help line for nectar help week and complain. due to false card issues.
They said my nectar card was blocked but the cashier wanted to go home her shift was finished.
I think my name is losing money with this customer service problem.
I was paying with e voucher this evening.
It wasnt scanning.
A few times people are hear customers shouting due to how they are being treated.
I suggested to type the voucher, the cashier declined.
I was moving my mobile phone until i was confused.
I feel they have been told to not let my payment go right because of my class.
no help. no clear advice from customer service.
They said it isnt a true voucher.
I then kindly said, i was adviced once to add to google wallet.
Then payment went through.
I feel that branch gets advice and gossip from locals how i am and it is not a true but lies.Or if they dont know yoir face you cant be kind.
so things are difficult for me.
some staff members are kind at grove park.
It was today 17th jan around 6.00pm.
