I decided to try out their Temple Paris styles as a new account, and they sent me the items with a net 30 payment term. However, before the due date, they started threatening me for payment and claimed that it was supposed to be either credit card or COD.

WholesaleFashionSquare used to be one of the top wholesale stores in L.A. However, many of their competitors have gone out of business, and now they are selling lower quality clothing. As a long-time customer of over six years, I am disappointed in the quality and sizing of their products. In the past, I appreciated that they provided garment measurements, which made it easier to avoid purchasing smaller junior plus sizes that are difficult to sell. However, my most recent order, which cost $2000 and was placed on December 3, 2016, was a huge disappointment. The measurements for the 1X bust size were supposed to be 46", but they were only 40". The same was true for the 3X size. This means that I am now stuck with junior plus sizes that have the wrong size tags sewn into them. Unfortunately, WholesaleFashionSquare only allows three days to return items, which is not enough time when you are running your own business and have to measure every item to ensure that you didn't get ripped off. I cannot afford to hire help, so I am left with the task of measuring all the items to make sure the size tags are on the right garment. Additionally, they use hand wash instructions on the tags to keep cheap material from shrinking after washing. However, my buyers see hand wash and refuse to buy it. The problem is that they switch the sizes between women's plus and junior plus, and the size tags are on the wrong garment. For example, a 3X tag is on a 1X garment. It is frustrating that I have to live in the L.A. area to see and feel what I am buying. I have to measure all the items to ensure that the size tags are on the right garment and sell these as junior plus. Alternatively, I can cut out all the plus size tags (1X, 2X, 3X) and sew in women's regular size tags (M, L, XL). However, my store is for plus size women, so this is a waste of $2000. I will not buy from WholesaleFashionSquare again, and I hope they go out of business like the other crappy wholesalers that ran their business like this. It is sad that this company is now a piece of $#*!.

I placed my order on 9/29/23. My order was delayed for almost 5 days with no one reaching out informing me of anything. I looked to review the tracking to see if it was being delivered on today (10/5/23), NOPE my pack was returned back to the shipper on 10/1 and was delivered back to them on today and was signed by MROY at 11:45 AM, nobody reached out informing me of anything. I have an event coming up 10/7 which is why I ordered my items ahead of time thinking ok I will have my package way before my event! That was a LIE! Nobody reached out to via email or anything informing me of delays or if something was going on. I stay in Alabama so they are 2 hours a head of us. I've been calling them since 6:00 PM which is 4:00 PM their time and remind you the store doesn't close to 5 PM. No answer I called these people at least 5 times to see what's going on with my package still no answer. They have POOR customer service PERIOD!
